How to email BUSY invoices automatically?
Yes, we can send invoice through email directly from BUSY. We have to mention the Email Id details in BUSY.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configurations
Step 3: Email Configuration
Step 4: Select Send Directly option.
Step 5: Select Attachment as per your requirement
Step 6: Mention the Server Configuration : Smtp Server Name for your email like Gmail, yahoo,rediffmail etc. then Username & Password for the id.
Step 7: Mention the Sender Details : From option - Your Name & Reply To - Your Email ID.
Note : Generate the Email ID password for BUSY from Security Setting of Gmail and Yahoo ID.

Step 2: Go to the email configuration then click on test account settings option if the configuration are proper then it will show sent successfully.
Step 3: Check the Internet connection should be proper.
Step 4: In the email configuration, check by changing the port 465 ,571 and 25.
Step 5: If the antivirus is blocking the BUSY application then exclude BUSY in the antivirus.

Steps to enable adding attachments or embedding images when composing emails in BUSY ERP?
To attach a PDF or embed an image while composing an email for an invoice in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: First, open the invoice in modify mode, then press ALT+M to give the Email command.
Step 2: Select the format for sending the email, then click on the Email tab.
Step 3: Choose Send report as PDF attachment. An external attachment option is also available where you can attach PDF files, Excel sheets, Word documents, or any image.
Step 4: Enter the recipient email address in the To field and click on the Send tab.
How to fix error in BUSY while sending email and incorrect password errors?
To resolve Error Code 114, which indicates incorrect username and/or password, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Ensure that the correct email ID is updated in the User Name field.
Step 2: Ensure that the correct password is entered in the Password field.
Please note that in certain email configurations, users may be required to specify an App Password instead of their standard email password.

I am unable to access my email account through BUSY. What should I do to fix this?
To fix the issue of not being able to access your email account through BUSY, you can try the following steps:
1. Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable.
2. Verify that your email account credentials (username and password) are correct.
3. Make sure that your email account is properly configured in the software.
4. Check if there are any firewall or antivirus settings blocking the software's access to your email account.
5. Restart the software and try accessing your email account again.

How do I check that my BUSY is correctly configured to send emails to my account?

Step 1: Go to the administration menu
Step 2: Then configuration
Step 3: Then Email configuration
Step 4: Enter the all required Field and then Click on the test account setting button
Step 5: If it is showing sent succesfully then you are supposed to be able to send the mail
from BUSY

How can I activate the email after saving option in GST purchases?
To activate the email after saving option in GST purchases in BUSY,please follow below steps:
Step 1: go to the Administration tab and click on configuration.
Step 2: Click on Email Configuration and enter all the required details to set up your email account. You can watch the video tutorial by clicking on the play button on the right corner for more guidance.
Step 3: After completing the configuration, open the invoice that you want to send and click on the Email button or press ALT+M. You can enter your customer’s email address in the To field and click on Send.
