How do I check the status of emails sent from BUSY to ensure they are being sent successfully?

I'm unable to send account details through SMS or email from BUSY. How can I resolve this issue?

If you are unable to send account details through SMS or email from BUSY. then
please follow the given steps
Step 1: Check receipient Email is correct or not.
Step 2: Check Email configuration in BUSY
Step 3: Check with another receipient Emai
Step 4: Do reconfiguration of Email. then click on the test accounting setting button.
If sending successully. then again check to send account detail.

Does BUSY keep a log of all emails sent?

No, BUSY didi not maintain an log for email
But, if email is saved in offline mode then can check and send them later from below mentioned option:
Step 1: Open company in BUSY
Step 2: Go to Adminstration tab and select Users option
Step 3: Open user in modify mode
Step 4: Enable option Always send Email/SMS/Notification in Offline mode
Step 5: Save the configuration
To share email in once manually
Step 1: Go to Adminstration Tab and open Utilities option
Step 2: Select Offlone e-mail/SMS option
Step 3: Select email's and click on Send button
Please note that E-mail ID's should be mentioned in party masters

Steps to correctly send emails, including statements, from BUSY?

Please follow below mention steps for checking email configration:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Configration
Step 3:- Email Configration, check SMTP server details and id and generate password for BUSY app from google settings then securities set generate password and enter in BUSY.
For settings statements, from BUSY please follow below mention steps:-
Step 1:- Open report or Statement in BUSY which you wants to share
Step 2:- On the top of report click on email option or press "Alt+M"
Step 3:- If email is not mentioned then mention email id of client and then send

What is the process to email all invoices for a particular month from BUSY?

If you want to send all invoices for a particular month to your customer email id then 
please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to the Print Email SMS menu
Step 2: Then print utility
Step 3: Then Invoice document
Step 4: Then select invoice type which you want to mail
Step 5: Then select all the required field and click on email button.

Why is my email ID not working when configuring email notifications in BUSY?

When your email id is not working while doing the configuration for the email.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Make sure to mention the correct email id details in during configuration.
Step 2: Make sure that two step verification should be enable in the email Id and check by creating the app password then mention it in BUSY software in the email configuration.
Step 3: If still email sending issue is coming from your email Id only then need to contact the email id provider or can use different email Id in BUSY.

How can I fix the issue of not receiving notification emails from BUSY?

To fix the issue of not receiving notification emails from BUSY, you can check the following steps:
1. Make sure that your email address is correctly entered in the software's settings.
2. Check your spam or junk folder in your email account to see if the notifications are being filtered there.
