Process to send test emails for email configuration testing in BUSY?

If you want to send the test emails for email configuration testing then please follow the 
given steps
Step 1: Go to the administration option
Step 2: Then configuration
Step 3: Then email configuration
Step 4: Then enter all required details and then press the button of Test account settings
if the test email is sent successfully. it means that the email configuration is
correct.

Troubleshooting issues with removing the default tagline from emails in BUSY.

To stop BUSY from adding a tagline to your emails, you can go to the settings or preferences section of the software and disable or remove the tagline feature., you can go to Configuration > Email Settings > General Settings in BUSY. Untick the option "Add 'Sent from BUSY' to outgoing emails" and save the changes. Do I need to generate an app password for email configuration?

Yes, You need to generate BUSY application password in order to configure email in BUSY.
To generate the application password from gmail account, follow these steps:
Step 1 : Log in to your email account then go to security option
Step 2 : Now, enable two step verification
Step 4: Then, find the option to generate app passwords and select it.
Step 5 : Choose the app and device for which you want to generate the app password.
Step 6 : Once generated, copy the app password and paste it in the password field of your email configuration in BUSY.

How to generate BUSY Application password in gmail ?

To generate BUSY application password in gamil , you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Sign in you Gmail account.
Step 2: Then Go to google account setting
Step 3: Now Click on secuity tab appear in left side of screen.
Step 4: Then search for App password
Step 5: Mention BUSY in App name field then generate the password
Once the password generated, copy the same.
Step 6: Go to administration then configuration then click on Email configuration
Step 7: Paste the app generated password in Password field and save the configuration.

How do I find the app password for my Gmail account to configure email sending in BUSY?

If you are not able to send Email from BUSY first check email settings from email configration. Please follow below mention steps for checking email configration option:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Configration
Step 3:- Email Configration, check SMTP server details and id and generate password for BUSY app from google settings then securities set generate password and enter in BUSY and then send email if it show successful then it's working properly

How do I configure the SMS option in BUSY to send invoices via text message?

To re-register your mobile number on the BUSY BNS app after uninstalling and reinstalling it, open the app and follow the registration process again
Step 1: Go to the Administration
Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
Step 3: Select General tab and enable Event Notification
Step 4: Set the occurance of event, you have to select the type of event and user
Step 5: Mention contact no on which notification to be shared.(This option work with BUSY BNS Application)
Please note, option is available in Standard model of BUSY and with active BLS

I want to link my other Gmail account with BUSY. How can I do that?

To configure gmail account in BUSY for sending invoices and documents, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Choose Email Configuration and fill in the required details, such as SMTP Server, Username & Password, etc. You need to generate App Password from the gmail account and enter in BUSY.
Step 3: Click on Test Account Settings to verify that you can send a test mail successfully.
Step 4: Once you have configured your email settings, you can send invoices and documents via email from BUSY.

Why am I unable to email invoices or other documents from within BUSY?

Step 2: Then App option and search for whatsapp
Step 3: Then download
Step 4: Make sure your operating system is compatible for downlaod if not being download.
Step 5: Then upgrade your operating system to fulfill the system requirement to downlaod
