How can I view the email configuration to see who is defined in CC?
If you want to check who is defined in CC in email while sending email from BUSY software
Step 1 Open the voucher and send email from the above given option of EMAIL
Step 2 During send email it will show you who is in CC while sending email
Step 3 If you want to remove that default CC id then go on administration menu
Step 4 Click on configuration then email configuration
Step 5 Tick the option DO NOT REMEMBER CC
I'm encountering outgoing email failures with error code How can I address this?
If emails is failed to send check the email configration details are correct. Generate email password for BUSY and then paste in BUSY email configration. Please follow below mention steps for generation of App password:-
Step 1:- Login Email
Step 2:- Settings
Step 3:- All settings
Step 4:- Other google account settings
Step 5:- Securities, generate password for app select other and enter BUSY and then generate password copy and paste password in BUSY email configration.

You can share client's statement or report on email by following ways:
Step: 1 For sending email go to administration - email configuration.
Step: 2 Enter gmail id and other details, and can send email of report or invoice.

Step: 1 Go to administration - configuration - sms configuration.
Step: 2 Create new api and save configuration.
Step: 3 Can send report or invoice by print - sms - and then select format and can send.
I am trying to configure an email account in BUSY, but it is not working. What should I do?
Please follow below mention steps for email configration option check information entered proper:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Configration
Step 3:- Email Configration, check SMTP server details and id and generate password for BUSY app from google settings then securities set generate password and enter in BUSY. SMTP server is different for different domains like for Gmail its SMTP.GMAIL.COM

Why am I unable to see the email configuration options under Administration in the accounting software?
Reason to not show email configuration in the administration window.
1.Lower model: May be the model your have selected is Basic model, so in basic model email configuration option is not available need to upgrade software to Standard model for that if already have the licence of standarad then Go company menu and select model option and configure it accordingly.
2.User permission: May be you have logged in with the sub user who do not have rights to email configuration.
How can I verify if BUSY is successfully connecting and syncing data with my Gmail account?
To verify BUSY agent is successfully taking backup in my google drive.

being received on BNS
Step 2: Check Gmail inbox if notification of completion of backup are being received

Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configurations
Step 3: Then Email Configuration
Step 4: Select Send Directly option.
Step 5: Select Attachment as per your requirement
Step 6: Mention the Server Configuration : Smtp Server Name for your email like Gmail, yahoo,rediffmail etc. then Username & Password for the id.
Step 7: Mention the Sender Details : From option - Your Name & Reply To - Your Email ID."
How do I configure email settings in BUSY to send invoices or other documents?
To configure email settings in BUSY for sending invoices and documents, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Choose Email Configuration and fill in the required details, such as SMTP Server, Username & Password, etc.
Step 3: Click on Test Account Settings to verify that you can send a test mail successfully.
Step 4: Once you have configured your email settings, you can send invoices and documents via email from BUSY.
