I want to email invoices as PDFs. How can I configure the attachment format and type in BUSY?
To configure the attachment format and type for emailing invoices as PDFs in BUSY, you need to go to the Administration Configuration Email Configuration option. From there, select the Email Sending option and choose the format in which you want to send the report, such as PDF attachment. Specify the email ID you want to send the invoices to, and then save the configuration. This will allow you to email invoices as PDF attachments in BUSY.
I don't remember the password I registered BUSY with. How can I recover or reset it?
If you forgot your softlock registration password then follow the steps to recover it.
Step 1. Open BUSY and go to the Company menu.
Step 2. Click on License Management and select Surrender Softlock Licence.
Step 3. Confirm by clicking Yes to proceed with password recovery.
Step 4. Enter the Serial No. and Registered email id, then click Forgot Password.
You will receive a password on your registered email id for recovery.
What should I do if I am locked out of my email account associated with BUSY?
If you are locked out of your email associated with BUSY then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Try to regain the access of the email. further
Step 2: You can reconfigure the email in the email configuration of the BUSY
software.

Step 3:- Email Configration, check SMTP server details and id and generate password for BUSY app from google settings then securities set generate password and enter in BUSY. SMTP server is different for different domains like for Gmail its SMTP.GMAIL.COM

I am unable to send emails from the software. How can I configure email sending properly?
To configure email settings in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Choose Email Configuration and fill in the required details, such as SMTP Server, Username & Password, etc.
Step 3: Click on Test Account Settings to verify that you can send a test mail successfully.

I am unable to receive the bill or invoice through email. How can I resolve this?
If your are unable to receive the invoice through email then follow the steps to check.
Step 1. Please confirm with the sender that the email you were expecting has been
successfully sent.
Step 2. Check your email account's spam folder to ensure that the email did not end
up there.
Step 3. If the email is found in the spam folder, open it and click on the Report
Not as Spam option.
I want to verify my email address in BUSY. What steps should I follow?

Step:1 Go to Administraiton
Step:2 Select Configuration option from it.
Step:3 Then Email configuration and make sure email sending option should be default.
Step:4 Then mention smtp server name and other details in the configuration
Step:5 Login your gmail id and enable 2 step verifitcaiton and generate app password for mentioning in BUSY from manage may google account option in the security tab.
How do I configure a custom domain email ID's SMTP settings in BUSY?
You can mention the domain id in email configuration smtp option with port code. If port code and smtp server name is correct then can send email easily from the BUSY.
