Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Email Configuration and click on Send Directly.
Step 3: Mention SMTP server as smtp.mail.yahoo.com and then enter yahoo id and password.
Step 4: You have to generate app password from yahoo account and mention in BUSY.
Step 5: Enter other details and click on Test Account Settings to send a test mail then save.

Yes, if your customer has lost their downloaded vouchers you can resend their vouchers through BUSY.
You can resend your voucher to your customer via email/Whatsapp. All you have to do is open your invoice which you have to send to your customer and click on email if you want to send via email through WhatsApp then you have to select SMS which is available on the top right side of the voucher.

Getting error code , indicating incorrect login credentials when I try to email invoices. How can I resolve this?

To resolve the error code 114 indicating incorrect login credentials when emailing invoices, you can try the following steps:
Step:1 Login your mail id.
Step:2 Select the manage your google account.
Step:3 Select the security option.
Step:4 Navigate to 2 step verification and turn on it.
