How to print or email a BUSY sales invoice?
We can send Email or Print ,Either Single Invoice or in Bulk. Pls Follow the Below Steps :
For Single Printing Invoice :
Step 1: Transaction
Step 2: Select Sales & Series
Step 3: Either Click on Print or Email
For Bulk Printing Invoice and Email :
Step 1: Print Email SMS
Step 2: Print Utilities
Step 3: Invoice Document Printing
Step 4: Select Sales Invoice and details
Step 5: Click on Either Email or Print.
I regenerated the OTP but it did not reach my phone number or email. What could be the reason?

I am unable to find the option to configure email in BUSY. Where is this located?
If anyone not able to find the email option in BUSY, cases are as followed:
1. In Basic model, option of email configuration is not given.
2. Also, if Super User don't provide the user rights to sub user so you cannot access
the email configuration in BUSY.
In conclusion, to locate the email option you can go to Administration > Configuration > Email Configuration.

In BUSY, you can generate PDF files to share vouchers or bills with your clients. Here's how to do it:
Step 1:- Print/Email/Sms Menu
Step 2:- Invoice Document
Step 3:- Select particulat voucher type like sales, purchage etc. option
Step 4 : Select party and specify date range
Step 5 : Select the Print .
Note : Invoice and Other documentsautomatically attached .
How can I attach files or add attachments to emails in BUSY?
You can attach the file while sending the email from the BUSY.

Step 2: Then click on send email option
