If you have changed your email Id password then you need to enter the password in the BUSY. 
Pls Follow the below steps :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configurations

For verification of gmail is correct configured or not check by sending direct mail from BUSY if it send successful then the gmail is correct configured.
