In BUSY, you can email bills and invoices to parties with mail IDs by generating the invoice and selecting the option to email it and then mention the email ID in party master it willl automatically pick  then click on sent email button.

While Sending Mail Through oulook option from BUSY then its hangout.

Reasons for BUSY to hangout while sending mail are:
1. Outlook is not set as default app in windows setting.
2. Need to exclude BUSY and give full access rights to BUSY form antivirus properties.
3. Internet connection error make sure your internet is properly connected.

How to reconfigure email id in BUSY?

In BUSY option for email configration which helps to sent email directly from BUSY please follow below mention steps:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab,
Step 2:- Configration,
Step 3:- Email Configration, Mention the required details SMTP server code you can search from google mail id, password, etc.

Step 1. Click on Gmail logo on your phone screen then enter the login credentials.

If you are facing smtp error code 4 while sending email from BUSY then you need to check your antivirus if it is blocking BUSY application to access internet. If same issue persist then you need to check after change your internet connection.
