Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
Step 3: Select General tab and enable Event Notification
Step 4: Set the occurance of event, you have to select the type of event and user
Step 5: Mention contact no on which notification to be shared.(This option work with BUSY BNS Application)
Please note, option is available in Standard model of BUSY and with active BLS

Follow below instrutions for diagonse the issue which you are facing regarding the faulty SMS delivery mechanism.
1: Check internet connection first.
2: Then check your window security or antivirus settings as well.
As it may block the BUSY, so you have to exclude it from window security or firewall.
If still not resolve then you follow these alternate options:
Step 1: Go in open company.
Step 2: Then go in administration option.
Step 3: Select configuration.
Step 4: Then in dropdown select SMS API configuration.
Step 5: Then add new format.
Step 6: Tick right on upload pdf.
Step 7: Then define the SMS API again.
Step 8: Save and check it.

To change the WhatsApp number that receives billing notifications from BUSY, you will need to go to the settings or preferences section of the BUSY. .To set up SMS notifications for billing and other important events in BUSY, you need to follow :
Step 1 : click on administration
Step 2 : configuration
Step 3 : features and options
Step 4 : general
Step 5 : enable BDEP ID and create unique new BDEP ID
Step 6 : enable event notification
Step 7 : configure notification for billing add,modify and delete
Step 8 : Your changes will send notification in BUSYBNS app as notification
Step 9 : BLS must be active

Step 4 :After preparing the Sales Voucher, make sure to save it within the software.
Step 5 :With the Sales voucher voucher open, press the Alt+Y keyboard shortcut. This keyboard shortcut triggers the BUSYBNS function to send the Sales voucher via BNS.
Step 6 : After pressing Alt+Y, the software should initiate the BNS sending process.
