To find the registration or login option in the BNS app, open the app and it will ask you to enter your mobile number to register or login.
Step 1: Go to the Administration
Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
Step 3: Select General tab and enable Event Notification
Step 4: Set the occurance of event, you have to select the type of event and user
Step 5: Mention contact no on which notification to be shared.(This option work with BUSY BNS Application)
Please note, option is available in Standard model of BUSY and with active BLS"

If your WhatsApp messages show as delivered but the recipient hasn't received them, try these steps:
Step 1: Make sure both you and the recipient have a good internet connection for sending and receiving messages.
Step 2: Check if the recipient blocked your number on WhatsApp. Blocking can stop them from getting your messages.
Step 3: Confirm if the recipient only accepts messages from contacts in their address book. If they haven't saved your number, they might not get your messages.

If you unable to see SMS configuration option in BUSY, there must be these case you need to check:
Step 1 : If using Basic model of BUSY SMS option is not available. So, BUSY model must be standard or enterprise.
Step 2 : Sub user dont have rights to configue SMS format in BUSY, give them rights to configure SMS format in BUSY.
To configure SMS format in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then configuration
Step 2 : Then SMS API configuration, configure new format of SMS.
Step 3 : Now send SMS.

Step 1 : Download the desktop version of BUSY.
Step 2 :click on administration
Step 3 : Configuration
Step 4 : select SMS Configuration.
Step 5 : Select the SMS channel.
Step 6 : Enter the mobile number where the SMS has to be sent. This will pull the number from the Account Master.
Step 7 : Click on Send SMS to send the message.
Make sure to check the configuration settings and ensure that the mobile number is correct.

Step 1: Ensure you have mention original sales invoice number correct.
Step 2: Sales return/credit note must be correctly entered as recorded and imported to avoid discrepancies.
