4. Enter correct phone number, blocked or filtered messages, or technical issues with the SMS service provider.
5. Check Internet Network connection

Step : Go to 'Administration' and select 'Masters.'
Step 2: Open the 'Account Master' and enter the client's mobile number in the designated area.
Step 3: Now, when you try to send an SMS related to this client, the mobile number will be automatically selected for the message.

How to enable SMS notifications and mobile app features?

If you want to configure for sending SMS in BUSY then you need first Buy the SMS API and configure in BUSY. For this you can concern to your authorized channel partner.
To enable Mobile App feature, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on General. Here, you will see an option called Enable BUSY Mobile App set Y to enable it and tick on Through Cloud Sync.
