Can I add customized notes or terms and conditions to invoices in BUSY? Where do I add them?

Yes, you can add the Customized notes or terms and conditions to invoices in BUSY 
Customized notes you can add in Narration field and
For terms and conditions field is given in standard format
To add Terms and conditions follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to administration and then configuration
Step 2: Click on Invoice document printing and then select Standard
Step 3: Select the voucher types and then select series
Step 4: Click on Voucher configuration or ALT+C
Step 5: There was a option available Terms and Conditions you can enter your terms and conditions

What are the different customization options for invoices in BUSY?

In BUSY, you can customize the invoice format through HTML coding by following the steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then click on Configuration option.
Step 2: Select Invoice/Document Printing and choose the Advance option.
Step 3: Select Sale voucher type and click on Add new option to create format.
Step 4: Now, select the newly created format then configure the header,body and footer through HTML coding.

Invoice not Fit in A4 Size paper

If the invoice does not fit on A4-sized paper, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Configuration, then select Hardware Configuration. In hardware configuration, shrink printing to % and set the top and left margins.
Step 2: Then you have to check page set-up settings from Administration, then select Configuration,
Step 3: then select Invoice or Document Printing, then select Advanced.
Step 4: Then select the invoice format, and in the invoice format, you will find the page set-up setting, in which you will set the number of lines for the page setting.

I am using BUSY but my invoice format is different from another user also on Why is this happening?

If you need to copy the same invoice format from a different company, see the following steps to copy the format
Step 1 Copy Format Open Source Company
Step 2 Go to Administration, then click on Configuration
Step 3 Click on Invoice Document Printing, then click on Advance
Step 4 Click on Sale Invoice and select the format in which you want to copy. Step 5: Click on Copy. To disk
Step 6 Select the Spicify location for saving format
Step 7 Now open Traget Company and follow the same path
Step 8 Click Copy from Disk and select the saved location

How can I print invoices with my partnership firm name instead of a company name in BUSY?

If you want to print invoices with your partnership firm's name instead of a company name in BUSY, here's how you can do it:
Step 1: Go to the administration section and select company. Then, choose edit company.
Step 2: In the company information, make the necessary changes to the business entity name to the correct one. Save this information. After saving, a pop-up will appear, asking if you wish to update standard printing formats. You should select "Yes" so that the corrected name will be reflected in all the documents of your company.

Can I add or remove fields in the invoice format in BUSY?

Yes, you can add or remove fields in the invoice format in BUSY ,follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then click on Configuration option.
Step 2: Select Invoice/Document Printing and choose the Advance option.
Step 3: Select Sale voucher type and click on sales format.
Step 4: Afterward, you can add or remove any field through HTML coding from header , footer and body.

Invoice format in BUSY not printing properly. How to customize?

To customize invoices you can follow below steps: 
Step 1: Go in administration Menu Then click on Invoice and Document Printing.
Step 2. Click on Advanced Format, select your format.
Step 3. Click on the option in which you want to set the alignment, such as Header, Body, or Footer, and add the fields you desire.
Step 4. Adjust the alignment accordingly and click on Preview to check if it is set correctly.
Step 5. You can contact your dealer for assistance because this customization comes under a chargeable basis.

Create a new Template for Whatsapp/SMS but Showing Extra Place after Party Name.

In BUSY We can Create a Temple for Whatsapp/SMS, but sometimes Extra space shows after fields, for this we have trim field option in design format.
To apply trim command for fields, Please try the following steps:
Step 1 : Take a backup of your existing invoice format
Step2 : Use #T before size in Field where extra space showing. Like
Note : if User need to remove only right hand side blank space then users can use #’RT’ and same way if they want to remove only left side blank space then users can use #’LT’.

Detailed invoice format not showing required columns in BUSY. How to customize?

Step1: What column wants to add in invoice? If it possible the column will add in standard invoice format

It prints the voucher number but not the invoice number I enter. What should I do?

To print the invoice number with voucher number you need to check the invoice 
design setting does the Invoice number field mentioned in design or not . You can follow the
steps to add invoice number if you are using customised design
1 go to invoice document printing and select advance then select vch type and format name
2 go to design header option and select the position where to add Invoice number
3 click on fields available option then voucher header
4 select field Purchase bill number
