Why is the HSN code not showing in a particular item of the invoice?

If the HSN code not showing in a particular item of the invoice , please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on Invoice / Document Printing and choose Standard.
Step 3: After selecting the voucher type that you want to customize (for example, sale or purchase, etc), you will see the name of your format below it.
Step 4: Click on the Self Configured button
Step 5: check HSN column width from Body Configuration and save the Configuration.
Step 6; Save Configuration.

I want to add a "Net Price" line on my invoices between the list price and amount. How can I do this in BUSY?

To add Net Price column on invoice printout in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: For standard format go to Administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Select Invoice / Document Printing and choose Standard.
Step 3: Click on Self Configured and then the box appear.
Step 4: Specify the required width in the Net Price field and make sure the total width should be 80 / 96 / 136 / 158 (Landscape Mode) then save changes.
For designed format you need to contact them who customize it for you.

My printed invoice layout is not aligning properly after adding e-invoicing. How can I fix the alignment issues?

If You want to fix alignment of your invoice follow these steps. 
Step 1. Go to Administration, click on Configuration, and select Invoice Document Printing.
Step 2. Click on Advanced Format and select your desired format.
Step 3. Set the alignment for the Header, Body, or Footer. Adjust the alignment as needed and click on 'Preview' to verify if it is set correctly.
Step 4. Click on Page Setting. If you enable Set Printer Configuration, you can set the margins in this section as well.

while printing sales invoice in second language not getting print properly

while printing sales invoice in second language make sure 
to make sure after enable second language in item level or account level you need to enable it on invoice level also for that follow these steps
1. go to the configuration under administration option
2. open invoice / document printing
3. select standard option
4. then select voucher type as sales
5. there is option called second language open it.
6. then select second language printing and set required configuration and save it
7. after that you can print invoice .

How to switch to using the standard BUSY invoice format?

To Customize Sales print format, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration section, then click on Configuration option.
Step 2: Select Invoice/Document Printing and choose the Advance option.
Step 3: Select the sales voucher type and click on Add format option to create new format.
Step 4: Now, Click on the newly created format then configure the header, body and footer through HTML coding.

How to Change Size of E-Invoice QR Code

In BUSY there are two type of QR Code available to Print Print 1) Dynamic QR Code 2) E-INVOICE QR Code
To change Size of E-Invoice QR Code , Please try the following steps:
Step 1 : Take a backup of your existing invoice format.
Step2 : If you need to Increase size of QR Code then create Space in Invoice as per Size of QRCode.
Step3 : In E-Invoice QR Code #’QRC:1.5’ in tag used to change Size of QR Code like .
Here #’QRC:1.5’ means Size of QR code is 1.5 inch

How can I remove the tax amount from being displayed during bill creation?

To Remove the tax amount column from the Print Invoice , please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on Invoice / Document Printing and choose Standard.
Step 3: After selecting the voucher type that you want to customize (for example, sale or purchase, etc), you will see the name of your format below it.
Step 4: Click on the Self Configured button
Step 5: Remove Tax Amount column width from Body Configuration and save the Configuration.
Step 6; Save Configuration.

How can i create a designed or customised format in BUSY

If you want to design or customise printing format then need to follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Open the company in BUSY
Step 2: Go to Administration Menu
Step 3: Click on Configuration
Step 4: Click on Invoice/Document Printing option
Step 5: Click on Advanced option
Step 6: Select Voucher then Click on ADD Format and give a name to the Format
Step 7: Click on Format name and cofigure fields in Header, Body and Footer part by clicking on the respective options

I printed the invoice but do not see the bracket for "terms of delivery" which I had in my earlier bills. Where can I add this bracket or text in the new invoice format?

If you have added a new format and want to specify the Terms of Delivery then you can follow the steps below:
1. Go to Administration
2. Click on configuration
3. Click on Invoice document printing and select Advance
4. Select the transaction type and Format
5. Click on Footer section or the relevant selection where need to specify the Terms of Delivery as per your previous format
6. Select Fields available through F4 and use static field for writting the required content
7. Configure and save the screen and check the preview now

I made some changes to the invoice template but the changes are not reflecting when I generate new invoices. Why are my customized invoice templates not working?

First confirm changes are save properly and done changes in correct format. 
If it is still not show check these steps:
1. Go in administration then go in configuration
2. Then Go in Invoice/Document printing then go in advanced
3. Then Select invoice type and then choose format
4. Then check preview of invoice
If it is still not showing check field apply properly or not and we Recomend did any changes after copy format or contact to your Registered dealer.
