1. In the Item master alias field is blank.
2. If using standard format the Alias field is not selected for printing.
3. The wrong alias field is selected in the designed format.

Yes, Please follow the below steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration
Step 3: Invoice Document printing
Step 4: Press enter on Advanced
Step 5: Select sale
Step 6: Then click on add format to create format
Step 7: Select format which you added then click on header option
Step 8: Add field according to Header, Body, and Footer Part and save

How can I attach and send PDFs directly through BUSY when emailing vouchers to my clients?

In BUSY, you can generate PDF files to share vouchers or bills with your clients. Here's how to do it:

If total qunantity is not printing while print standard format, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then configuration
Step 2 : Click on invoice/document print and select standard
Step 3 : Select voucher type and enable the option print total of qty. also and click on save button.
Step 4 : Now the total quantity will print in standard format from invoice.

Why is the reference number showing instead of my bill number

In standard format of BUSY shows the invoice no in correctly, Further if you have a designed format and show wrong. It might be because you selected the wrong field while designing it. To fix this, you need to contact your authorized channel partner.

Step 3: Now select voucher type and add new format.

Can i customize the purchase return invoice format in BUSY?

Yes, you can customize the purchase return printing format through HTML coding by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration.
Step 2: Select Invoice and Document Printing and choose Advanced option.
Step 3: Select purchase return voucher type then click on add format and specify format name.
Step 4: Now, select the newly created format then configure header, body and footer through HTML coding.

Why am I unable to customize invoices and other documents in BUSY?

You can customize invoice and other document in BUSY through below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to Configuration tab
Step 2: Click on Invoice/document printing and then advance.
Step 3: Select Sale invoice and click to add new format.
Step 4: Configure the format in header, body and footer differently
Step 5: You can make changes in font style, font, add image in it.
