Is there a way to modify a BUSY invoice in the software?
To modify a BUSY invoice , you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then configuration click on invoice and document pritning
Step 2 : Select advanced and select voucher type then click on add format and configure format
Step 3 : Now modify the format as needed.
How can i find the configuration of deisgned format in BUSY?
You can find the configuration of designed format by following the below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and click on configuration section
Step2: Then click on Invoice/document printing option and then select advanced from there
Step3: Now select particular invoice type and format, after that you can check the configuration of designed format
The audit report formatting is not proper when I try to print it. What should I check to fix the formatting issues?
While printing you can use as it is from grid option, through this option you can specify the width of the columns and you can also untick the columns which you do not want to print.
Or you can design your report through your dealer and designing will be chargeable.
What is the process and cost for customized invoice formats in BUSY? How long does it take to implement?
To customize your invoice format in BUSY, you can contact an authorized BUSY dealer or reseller to get a template customized as per your needs. The Hindi text I added to invoices is not appearing properly. It seems like a font issue. What should I do?
Unfortunately, there is no setting to reduce the font size or fix Hindi font issues on invoices in the system. However, you can try using the standard format for printouts to see if that helps.Because the font are fix to change the font you can overall change the system fonts
How can I include report data or invoice details in emails sent from BUSY?
Including report data or invoice details in emails sent from BUSY typically involves customizing the email templates to include the relevant information. Here are the general steps to do this:
Step 1: We can also print and Email in Bulk, From Print Utilities then invoice document print under Print/Email/SMS Menu.
Issue in print party balance in invoice.
To add party balance feild in invoice :
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration
Step 2: Select option invoice document printing and then advance
Step 3: Now select voucher type and select format
Step 4: select in which part of invoice you want party balance
Step 5: now select field from Alt+F4
Can I print a challan voucher in a different format?
In BUSY, we have give only standard format for printing challan voucher. If you want to print something different as per your requirements then you need to designe the printing format from your authorized channel partner or raise your query on support@busy.in. Also note that it is a chargeable service.
The signature box is very small. Can I increase the size?
In the standard format, you can't increase the size of the signature box. However, in the advance format, you have the option to manage the size. To configure the advance format:
1.Contact your BUSY local dealer.
2.Note that customization of the invoice, including adjusting the signature box, may involve additional charges.
How can I copy a field value like item name to another place on my customized invoice template?
If you copy the item name field from one design format to another format then may not come proper and your format will get improper due to different configuration in the format.You can contact to the channel partner for proper format designing and will be done on chargeable basis.
