What are the reasons for delays in printing

Invoices I generate in BUSY are not formatted properly when printed. How can I fix the invoice formatting?

To print your invoice correctly from BUSY, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Check your printer’s page setup and make sure it matches your printing format.
Step 2: Adjust the paper margin in BUSY by going to the Hardware Configuration under the Administration menu.
Step 3: If you are printing from the advanced format, you can also set up the Page Setting according to your preference.
Step 4: Make sure you have set the recommended screen resolution of 1366X768 on your computer.
Step 5: Test your printer by printing any PDF file from your system and see if it is printed correctly.

The software is not letting me print invoices due to validation errors. What should I do to resolve this?

If you are facing problems while printing the invoice in BUSY then check the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that printer is properly configured in BUSY from hardware configuration.
Step 2: If the printing issue is coming only in one company then after the data backup run the update master balance from housekeeping. If the issue coming in all companies but printing properly from other application then remove and reinstall the BUSY.
Step 3: Check if the printing issue is coming from other application also then its printer issue, You have to remove and reinstall it in the system.

How can I troubleshoot printer issues in BUSY?

Pls Follow the Steps for Printer Issue :
Step 1: Check printer issue is coming only in One Company or in All Companies.
For One Company : First check the printer in Hardware Configuration then After Data Backup do Reindex database from Housekeeping.
For All Company : After Data Backup, Remove and Reinstall BUSY.
Step 2: If Printing Issue is coming from other application on the system then remove and reinstall the Printer.
Step 3: If Printer is not showing in Hardware Configuration then first set printer as default from printer and devices If Still same then have to do printer registery from Hardware Provider.

What is the ideal printer configuration to use with BUSY?

For printer Issue, In Printer - It should be setup according to the page type A4,A5 etc.
Pls Follow Below Steps in BUSY:
For Configuration:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Hardware Configuration
Step 4: Select the printer from dropdown. If printer is not showing in dropdown then check is it installed or not on system.
Printing Issue in One Company:
Click On
Step 1: Take the backup of the Company
Step 2: Housekeeping
Step 3: Reindex Database
Printing Issue in All Company:
Click On
Step 1: Take the Backup of the Company.
Step 2: Remove & Reinstall it BUSY

Step1 : Remove & Reinstall Printer

Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Hardware configuration and check the margins and shrink printing percentage.
Step 3: You need to check also print beyond the BUSY if same issue persist or not.
Step 4: You can also check the printer page settings.
Step 5: Check your system screen resolution. The recommended resolution as per BUSY is 1366X768.

I'm unable to print what am I doing wrong?

Step 1: Make sure printer is properly connected with your system
Step 2: Go to administration menu then click on configuration then open hardware configuration setting in BUSY and set default printer driver as your current printer
Step 3: Make sure your printer allignment is properly configured in BUSY as well as in printer local settings
