The print output is distorted or misaligned. How can I fix the print formatting?

If your print out is distorted and misaligned in BUSY, you need to check these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Hardware configuration and check after increase / decrease Line per page or Shrink Printing.
Step 3: You need to check also print beyond the BUSY if same issue persist or not.
Step 4: You can also check the printer page settings.
Step 5: Check your system screen resolution. The recommended resolution as per BUSY is 1366X768.

My printer is not detected by BUSY. How do I resolve this?

If the printer is not getting detected in BUSY from the hardware configuration then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that you printer should be properly installed in the system.
Step 2: Set the printer as default from devices and printer settings then try to add the printer in BUSY from hardware configuration.

How do I take or re-generate a past invoice/estimate/quote that I was unable to print earlier?

If earlier you were unable to print a particular Invoice and now you want to take the print then follow the steps below:
1. Open the Voucher in Modify mode through Transaction
2. Click on the Transaction type such as sales or purchase
3. Click on Modify and open that voucher
4. Here you can use Alt+P or click on the print Tab
5. Select the format for printing and set the number of copies
6. Select the Printer and click on Print.

What is the solution if my BUSY software is unable to print bills and invoices?
