If you want to set Adobe Acrobat as the default PDF viewer, follow these steps:
Step 1: Right-click on the thumbnail of any PDF file.
Step 2: From the menu, click on Properties.
Step 3: A new dialog box will appear.
Step 4: Select Adobe Acrobat, then click OK to save and apply the changes.
Step 5: Export any file from BUSY in PDF format, and it will open in Adobe Acrobat.

1. go to the configuration under administration menu
2. then open features and options click on general tab
3. maintain image and signature with user
4. then set image or signature folder path and also make sure that each image or signature files name as same as user name
5. save configuration and check in invoice printing.
