How do I change the PDF settings in BUSY for generating e-way bills correctly?
There is no any setting for PDF in BUSY, if you want to change the default PDF, You need to follow below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Right click on PDF then
Step 2: Click on Properties and
Step 3: Chnage the defauld PDF and
Step 4: Save the change
I have installed the latest version of Adobe Reader but still cannot generate PDF previews in BUSY. What should I do?
To solve the preview of the standard document PDF, below are the possibilities :
Step 1: Check your selected printer is correct
Step 2: Check if you can see print preview from other application like PDF and MS Word etc.
Step 3: Reinstall your printer driver and Adobe Reader
Is it necessary to confirm if the changes made will be configured in the printing settings too?
Yes, it is necessary to confirm if the changes made then you need to check it is configured in printing setting too.If you add one more optional field then you need to check standard configuration that one more optional should be enable for printing in Invoice.
Why is my logo getting cut off in BUSY Accounting Software? How can I fix it?
To check logo in BUSY , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration
Step 2: Select invoice document printing then go to standard
Step 3: Select invoice type and open
Step 4: Now in print logo section correct position and height width then save
Where can i find the option to modify GSTIN number in BUSY?
To modify GSTIN number in BUSY follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and then click on configuration section
Step2: Then click on Feature and option and select GST/VAT feature
Step3: Here you are modify GSTIN number and save the change by click on save button
How can i change Bank details in standard sales print format?
To change the Bank details in standard sales print format, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration section then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Select invoice Document printing option and then choose Standard/
Step 3: Click on Salea invoice , update bank details and save the format.
Where in the document does the signature appear header, footer, etc?
In standar format of invoice,user signature is applied in footer party at authorsed signatory field and the right side in bottom.Further in advanced format or designed format,you can configure user signature as per your need but customising advanced format is on chargeable basis in BUSY.
Is it possible to show both the main unit and alternate unit for quantity on the same invoice line?
In standard format main unit and alternate unit for quantity,you can print in seprate columns.In case you wants to configure main and alternate unit for quantity as per your need or in advanced format,then desgining or modification of invoice format will be on chargeable basis
I am unable to generate or print invoices/bills from the software. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?
If print is not generating , you can check the following option :
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration and hardware configuration
Step 2: Check the printer is selected correct
Step 3: Go to hardware and printer option in system and check printer status
I used to be able to print bills easily before. Why is the printing process slow and delayed now when using BUSY?
There may be several reason to printing process in BUSY may be slow such as:
1. Internet speed is slow
2. Issue in printer
3. Software is not updated
4. Multiple tabs are open in backgroung
You need to Run BUSY as Administrator and set the compatibility
