Step 1:Open the Query System from the Display menu or press ALT+Q.

Step 3:Enter the String  that you want to check like Mobile number or Customer Name and press OK.

Yes you can search party name through its mobile number or email id by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then click on query system or press the shortcut key alt+Q
Step 3: Afterwards click on search party
Step 4: Now you can specify the mobile number or email to search the party

Yes, in BUSY Accounting software, you can search for work items using different criteria such as keywords or dates.Please follow below steps:
Step 1:Open the Query System from the Display menu or press ALT+Q.
Step 2:Choose the Query on keywords option, as you required.
Step 3:Enter the reference. that you want to check and press OK.

You can search a missing reference by using the feature of Query System from Display menu. You can also press CTRL+Q and then select Query on Bill Reference. Here, you can enter your Bill Ref No. and can search. But if any bill reference removed then it will not show you any result.

To search a transaction after entering a phone number in the query on transaction option, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display then click on query system.
Step 2: Select query on transactions and in sreach string mention the party phone number and search the transaction by press ok tab.

To find a specific party using phone number in BUSY, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to display then click on query system. 
Step 2: Select query on masters and in sreach string mention the party phone number and search the party by press ok tab.

If you want to search supplier name easily you can follow some steps:
Step: 1 Press ctrl + q or go to the query system by display - query system.
Step: 2 Do select search party .
Step: 3 Enter party master name and click on search tab.

To search a account by alias in BUSY, you can use Query System by using these steps:
Step 1: Press CTRL+Q and select Search Party.
Step 2: Enter the alias in the search string and click on Search button.
The account will show you that contains alias.
