Can I call back in minutes to check if e-invoicing is working?

You can call anytime on BUSY support helpline to check is e invoicing working or not. However you can check yourself to generate an e invoice.

Do I need to cancel e invoice while cancelling voucher in BUSY?

Yes, you need to cancel the e invoice while cancelling the voucher in BUSY. You need to mention reason and remarks while cancelling the e invoice.

What is the login ID and password for the e-Invoicing portal?

The login ID and password for the e-Invoicing portal will be provided to you separately. Please log in to the portal to find your login credentials.

Edit transport details in BUSY after generating e-invoice. Will it regenerate?

A BUSY user can edit transport details after the generation of an e-invoice in BUSY, but the e-invoice cannot be re-generated with the changed transport details.

Can we create E invoice with other gsp id in BUSY?

No we cannot create E invoice with other GSP ID.In BUSY only 2 GSP Credentials Valid Webtel Electrosoft Private Limited and Pinnacle Finserv Advisors Private Limited.

Is e-invoice generation mandatory or optional along with e-way bills?

As per the government guidelines E-invoice is mandatory if your turnover is more then 5 crore and you are generating a invoice against a registered businesses

Will a cancelled e-invoice show up in my invoice reports?

In BUSY, e invoice will not show in any reports. However, you can cancel an e invoice from BUSY within 24 hours along with voucher also.

Is e-invoicing mandatory for my business? What is the threshold?

As per the government guidelines e-invoicing is mandatory for a businesses with a turnover above 5 crores. This requirement came into effect from 1st August 2023

Is there any time limit to modify an e-invoice?

Yes, there is a time limit to modify an e-invoice. The limit is 24 hours from the time of E-invoice generation as per the govt. rules.

Are there any limits on numbers of items in bills that can be e-invoiced through BUSY?

Yes, there are limits on numbers of items that is 1000 at present for E- invoiceing
In BUSY you can add maximum 999 item in a voucher.
