If a consignee state code error occurs while creating an E way Bill in BUSY, ensure that the state mentioned in the Billing and Shipping Details window matches the state mentioned in the Transport window during voucher entry.

For validating the GSTIN number in BUSY you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to transactions option and select gst misc. utilities option.
Step 2: Then select validate GSTIN online option to validate single GSTIN or all GSTIN.

If you want to edit or update distance between pincodes in BUSY, You can click on Check Distance in the Transport Details window. The distance will update based on pincodes and you can edit the distance if required.

A transporter ID is a unique identification number assigned to a transporter by the government. You can ask the transporter ID your transporter who will ship your goods. It is used to generate e way bills in BUSY.

There are two GSPs available for e-way bill generation, namely Webtel and Pinnacle. If the Webtel GSP is not functioning, you have the option to switch to the Pinnacle GSP ID for the generation of the e-way bill.

If the vehicle breaks down during transit of goods, the e-way bill cannot be transferred to another vehicle. The transporter needs to make arrangements for the repair of the vehicle and continue the transit once it is fixed.

The e-way bill filing guidelines and penalties for non-compliance can be found on the official GST portal. It is recommended to refer to the guidelines provided by the government for accurate information on e-way bill filing and penalties.

When you modify a voucher in BUSY, the e-way bill associated with that voucher will also need to be modified accordingly. You will need to update the e-way bill details to reflect the changes made in the voucher.

There is no provision in BUSY to edit the details of E-waybill you can generate E-waybiill after doing the necessary configuration in BUSY and if you want to edit it kindly cancel the E-waybill and generate it again

Deemed tax is a concept in GST where a tax amount is shown on the e-way bill, even if no actual tax is charged. It is shown for informational purposes and does not need to be paid.
