Yes, you can use GSP Id for both E-invoice and E-way bill generation.
This is the default configuration of BUSY and portal also you don't need to separate sepaarate GSP id for both.

I set the distance to in the transport window but I'm still getting an error that the distance is too high when generating an e-waybill. What should I do?

Setting the transport distance to 0 should fix the e-waybill error. If the error persists, there may be other issues that need to be addressed in that case check the error list

Can I change my registered mobile number in BUSY? If yes, what is the process?How frequently are e-bills generated in BUSY? Is it daily, weekly, or monthly?

To change the registered mobile number in BUSY you need to send a request from your registered mail Id along with your company's letterhead to support@busy.in

You can check eway bill report from these steps:
Step 1: Go in Transactions.
Step 2: Go in GST Misc. Utilities.
Step 3: Then select Eway bill Management.
Step 4: Then select your report according.
