Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to taxation - e way bill print
If an e-Way bill is being generated but not printed, there could be several reasons behind this issue. Here are some possible causes and solutions:
Step 1: Check if the PDF is working properly in the system or if it is BUSY also if it is not working you need to reinstall the PDF.
Step 2: First of all, you need to check whether turning window features on or off from the control panel as follows:
Go to the control panel.
Sub-step 1: Go to the control panel.
Sub-step 2: Select the Programs and Features option.
Sub-step 3: Click on the option for Turn Windows features on or off.
Sub-step 4: Then select an option. Netframework 3.5 includes.NET2.0
and 3.0 & then tick both options in it as Windows

You can print E waybill directly from BUSY after generation of e waybill by following these steps
1. Go to transactions and the sale voucher then open the voucher for which e waybill is already generated or to be generated
2.Fill the required in voucher or check the required details like date,party and other deatils in transport window like vehicle number,pincode,etc.
3. Save the voucher and now generate e waybill option prompt will be shown
4. Select automatic option for e waybill and proceed to options and check possible errors and then proceed
5. Preview the e waybill deatils and generate e waybill and then generate e waybill
6. After successful generation of e waybill,prompt to print e waybill will be shown
7. Select print e waybill option as yes and then e waybill print pdf will be laoded automatically from portal and you can save it in your local drive for use or print
If you are unable to print Eway bill from BUSY then please analyze the below points :
Step 1: Make sure that you have generated the Eway bill within the BUSY not from the portal or any other software.
Step 2: BUSY can print those E-way bill which you have generated through BUSY itself and those which have been created through the portal can be printed by the portal only.
Step 3: In case the same has been generated in BUSY then check the below steps :
A : Go to the control panel.
B : Select the Programs and Features option.
C : Click on the option for Turn Windows features on or off.
D: Then select an option. Netframework 3.5 includes.NET2.0 and 3.0 & then tick both options in it as Windows Communication Foundation HTTP Activation and Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation
E : Then restart the system & then check
If you are unable to print Eway bill from BUSY then please analyze the below points :

The API header information was not Found -Create new GSP USER ID and set into e-way bill configuration .
