 If you are facing issues while printing E-way bill then check the below steps: 
Step 1 : Check your printer settings and ensure it is properly connected to your computer.
Step 2 : Verify that you have selected the correct printer and paper size in the software.
Step 3 : Make sure you have the latest version of BUSY installed and no other instances of older versions available.
Step 4 : If the issue persists, try printing a test page from another application to determine if it is a software-specific problem and also try to print normal invoice instead of E-way bill.
Step 5 : Restart the software and try printing again.
Step 6 : Check if there are any error messages or notifications related to printing in BUSY.

Why is the e-Way bill print not coming in the billing invoice, even after generating it together?

 If the e-Way bill print not coming in the billing invoice, even after generating it together. Here are a few common reasons and solutions: 
Step 1: Check if the PDF is working properly in the system or if it is BUSY also if it is not working you need to reinstall the PDF.
Step 2: First of all, you need to check whether turning window features on or off from the control panel as follows:
Go to the control panel.
a: Go to the control panel.
b: Select the Programs and Features option.
c: Click on the option for Turn Windows features on or off.
d: Then select an option. Netframework 3.5 includes.NET2.0
and 3.0 & then tick both options in it as Windows
Communication Foundation HTTP Activation and
Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation
e: Then restart the system & then check

How can I resolve the issue of the E-Way bill not being printed due”Header was not Found ?

If error message show operation timeout when printing the E-Way bill follow the below steps:
Step :1
Check network and connectivity: Ensure that your network connection is stable and working correctly. If possible, try printing the E-Way bill from a different device or location to rule out any network-related issues.
Step :2
Retry the printing process: Attempt to print the E-Way bill again after making the necessary alteration of GSP Services and ensuring a stable network connection. Sometimes, the timeout error could be a temporary issue, and a retry might be successful

Save as PDF: Instead of automatically printing, save the E-Way bill as a PDF document on e-way bill portal . Once saved, you can open the PDF file separately and print it using PDF reader software or tools.

4. Check that the printer driver is installed properly or you can try after restart the system
5. If the same issue still persist then copy the eway bill number and try to print from the portal to analyze if there is any backend issue or not
