To view the report of monthly RCM payable voucher, you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Transactions menu and select gst misc. utilities option.
Step 2: Then select check/post consolidated RCM payable voucher.
Step 3: Then select monthly or daily basis as per your requirement to view the monthly Rcm payable voucher.
How do I know if my quarterly GST return is nd or rd in BUSY?
To check which quarterly GST return is 2nd or 3rd in BUSY, you need to make sure which month you are taking. If you are taking July, August, and September, then it is the 2nd quarter, or if you are taking October, November, and December, then it is the 3rd quarter.
Why am I unable to generate tax audit reports with accurate interest expenses when they are marked as non-GST?
The issue of interest expenses not showing up correctly in the tax audit reports when marked as non-GST in BUSY could be due to the general entry not being locked. To resolve this, the customer should exclude the general entry in the tax audit report and only use the payment entries.
I need help finding my user name for the GST photo upload feature. Where can I get this?
In BUSY, we have the option to update the GST user name from Administration, then select Configuration, select Features / Options, then select the GST/VAT option, In that, you will find the option to enter the GST user name.
but we don't have the option to upload a GST photo.

If the GST payment voucher is not displaying in GST summary, chekc th possible reason:
1.Ensure the the GST nature for GST payment must be GST payment to government in order to reflect in GST summary.
2.Cross check the date speciFinancial Year the GST payment voucher.
3.Confirm the entry is posted with correct details.
I am getting an error saying "Invalid data found" when trying to generate an invoice in BUSY. What could be causing this?

Step 1 : An invalid HSN code or location.
It is recommended to check the details and validate them before generating the invoice.
The eligible ITC amount shown in my reports is different from what I had entered earlier. Why is this difference occurring?
If the total amount of eligible ITC the GST report of BUSY does not match with the earlier data, it is possible that some changes were made after certain period. It is recommended to manually cross verify both the eligible ITC of current period and earlier data to identify any discrepancies.
