In BUSY, we have the option to update the GST user name from Administration, then select Configuration, select Features / Options, then select the GST/VAT option, In that, you will find the option to enter the GST user name. 
 but we don't have the option to upload a GST photo.

If the GST payment voucher is not displaying in GST summary, chekc th possible reason:
1.Ensure the the GST nature for GST payment must be GST payment to government in order to reflect in GST summary.
2.Cross check the date speciFinancial Year the GST payment voucher.
3.Confirm the entry is posted with correct details.

The service charge amount is being reflected under GST values because on service charge 
 item master or account ledger the tax type mentioned if you dont want to show it under 
 GST value then make tax category exempt or non gst 
 No service charge is a taxable service

The system may show differences in CGST, SGST, and IGST balances after making adjustment entries due to various factors such as incorrect data entry, mismatched closing balances, or errors in the adjustment calculations. It is important to review and verify the entries and calculations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

After entered vouchers in input service but they are not showing in B2B invoices because of while entered purchase transactions for input service need to ensure that selected purchase type if you select purchase type as exmpted or nill rated, then vouchers show under nill rated invoice - 7A, 7B section

As a CA, you can view your client's accounting data in BUSY 
 Software by logging in to the software using your client's company username & password 
 Once logged in you can go to the display and open gst reports to access all gst 
 returns data of your client

To view the report of monthly RCM payable voucher, you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Transactions menu and select gst misc. utilities option.
Step 2: Then select check/post consolidated RCM payable voucher.
Step 3: Then select monthly or daily basis as per your requirement to view the monthly Rcm payable voucher.

To check which quarterly GST return is 2nd or 3rd in BUSY, you need to make sure which month you are taking. If you are taking July, August, and September, then it is the 2nd quarter, or if you are taking October, November, and December, then it is the 3rd quarter.

To view hsn code wise purchase register follow below given steps:
 Step 1: Go to display option and select gst reports option.
 Step 2: In gst reports option select gst register.
 Step 3: In gst register select purchase register option now from here you can view hsn wise purchase details.

To Set the Type of Dealer as Regular in BUSY below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then click on the configuration tab and select the feature
and option.
Step 2: Now click on the GST/VAT option update the Type the Dealer as Regular and save the changes.
