I want to view the parties I have billed IGST to this month. What report should I check?

To access the report regarding parties billed with IGST for this month, follow these steps: 
step 1:Access the account books within the display menu.
step 2:Click on the account register and open the desired sales or purchase report.
step 3:Select the mode as either one sales type or purchase type.
step 4:Choose all parties and specify the sales or purchase type as Central - multirate or item-wise.
step 5:Select the series start and end dates, along with other relevant options, then open the report.
step 6:The report will display only those parties associated with IGST amounts.

How can I show IGST and CGST/SGST values distinctly for products with same HSN code instead of as a combined value?

Even if your items having same hsn code or same tax category is used in different type of transactions,for this no need to tag either it is cgst,sgst or igst.As while voucher entry like sale or purchase,if party belongs to same state or sale purchase type is local tax,then it will apply tax as cgst and sgst.On the other hand,if during voucher entry,party belongs to other state,then it apply tax as igst or central tax on item.
Also in different gst reports,like sale or purchase registers in gst registers,you can check hsn code wise,central or local transactions with cgst,sgst and igst bifurcations

The GST input tax credit amounts are not getting adjusted automatically in the software. How can I ensure proper adjustment?

For the GST input tax credit amount, You have to pass the journal entry for adjusting the GST input with GST Output month wise so that ledger balance properly get maintained in BUSY.
Pls follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Display menu
Step 2: Then GST Reports
Step 3: Then GST Summaries
Step 4: Then GST Summary and select the date range
Step 5: Then press the shortcut key F4 and select the Input Output adjustment from the popup window.After that the journal voucher get post automatically where DEBIT the GST output Account and CREDIT the GST input Account.

Why can't I see the option to create a custom column for registered and unregistered parties in the tax rate wise report?

To create a custom column for registered and unregistered parties in the tax rate-wise report: 
Step 1:Look for Custom Column Option:Check the top side at your right-hand side.
Ensure you have the rights to customize reports; if not, ask your administrator or superuser for necessary rights.
Step 2:If Option is Not Found:If, even with full access, you don't find the option, it means that the report doesn't have that customization feature.
By following these steps, you can determine if the custom column option for registered and unregistered parties is available in the tax rate-wise report in BUSY.

When I try to do a GST adjustment entry in BUSY, it directly adjusts the input credit instead of identifying the missing credit. Why does it do that and how can I correctly identify and adjust missing input credit?

If you want to identify and adjust missing Input Credit then you can tagg invoiceas per ITC and follow the given steps :
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu
Step 2: Click on Gst Misc. utilities option
Step 3: Then click on monthly ITC tagging report
Step 4: Then open report party wise or date wise
Step 5: Then specify month and click on Ok button
Step 6: Then select particular entry and press F4 to change the status of ITC
Step 7: Then you can claim the ITC as per your tagging in BUSY

Why are some columns like Unit and Amount showing up in my purchase reports even though I don't need them? How can I remove unwanted columns?

If you want to remove any column from a purchase report, then you can use the option of Custom column available in report. To do this follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the purchase report from that you want to remove column.
Step 2: Click on Custom Columns in the report’s header part.
Step 3: Create a Format Name then uncheck the column field which you want to remove.
Step 4: Then click on save format and reopen the report from the format name which you have created.
Note: Custom column option is available only in standard and enterprise edition of BUSY.

One of my buyers did not file GST returns last year and it is not showing in my input credit. How can I adjust this in BUSY to account for the missing input credit?

If you are unable to check ITC as buyer did not file return then follow the given steps :
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu
Step 2: Click on Gst Misc. utilities option
Step 3: Then click on monthly ITC tagging report as per GSTR2B
Step 4: Then open report party wise or date wise
Step 5: Then specify month and click on Ok button
Step 6: Then select particular entry and press F4 to change the status of ITC
Step 7: Then you can claim the ITC as per your tagging in BUSY

Why are all parties shown as being from the same center in the GSTI report even though they are different? How can I get it to show the actual center for each party?

To ensure that the GSTI report shows the actual center for each party, follow these steps in BUSY :
Step 1: Enable Branch Wise configuation from configuration and then features and options menu.
Step 2; This will GST reports and returns will be divided according to the different branches.
Step 3: If you are using multiple godowns or material centers
Step 4: Add a custom column to your GST registers and other GST reports.
Step 5: For each transaction, fill in the Material Center in the transaction
Step 6: Generate the GSTI Report as transactions are separated and organized center-wise

The customer mentioned purchasing and sales amounts, but said they don't want to increase input and output. How can I record purchases and sales in BUSY without affecting input and output tax?

If a customer wants to record purchases and sales in BUSY without affecting input and output tax, Here's how to do it:
Step 1: ensure that you have set up a tax category for exempt sales in BUSY
Step 2: Seelct an Exempt sales type in voucehr entry
Step 3: record sales transactions in BUSY
Step 4: Double-check that the tax rate in the voucher for exempt sales
Step 5: Once you've recorded all your sales transactions, generate the GSTR-1 report.
Step 6: carefully review the GSTR-1 report to ensure that your exempt sales are correctly categorized as Nil Rated/Exempt.

Is there a specific section or field in the GST R report that shows the breakdown of the BB sales amount?What are the steps to generate sales reports in BUSY?

There is no option to see brakdown of amount in GSTR1 report for B2B but you can check in other gst report . 
To see the B2B sales amount breakdown , you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display then select GST reports and click on gst registers.
Step 2: Then select sales register and select combined option then bill wise
Step 3: In next window select B2B and open report after select date range
Step 4: In the report you can taxable amount and tax amount breakdown as per tax rate .
