Condition 1: If BUSY running slow in client system then check the connectivity between systems

If the BUSY is running slow or crashing while generate report then check the possible aspects:
1.Ensure about the space available in the hard disk in which data exists.
2.BUSY must not be blocked by antivirus and window firewall.
3.Run the BUSY appliation on admin mode.
4.Check the data size, If the size is beyond 800 to 1000 mb then you must use the SQl database.
5.Check for junk characters and incomplete vouchers from the housekeeping section.
6.If the data is running on the client system through networking then make sure the connectivity is stable.

To optimize the backup size in BUSY then pls follow the below steps:
Step 1: We can reduce it by running the reindex database from housekeeping after the data backup.
Step 2: check the incomplete voucher and Junk characters from Housekeeping then remove it.
Step 3: If company having the multiple financial year, then after data backup can split it from company menu.There is a option by the name of split financial year. select the company, mention the super username and password then select the financial year which you want to split it then new company will get create with that financial year.
Step 4: When data size is too large and BUSY also running slow then can move to SQL database. For that contact to the channel partner.

Step 2. Click on Start menu then search UAC and set it down.
Step 3. Right-click on the BUSY icon and choose Properties from the context menu.
Step 4. In the Properties window, go to the Compatibility tab.
Step 5. Check the box that says Run this program in compatibility mode for. A drop-down menu will become active then select the mode as window service pack 3.
Step 6. Click the box that syas Run as administration and click to ok button to save the changes.
Step 7. Then Open BUSY and take backup properly from company menu
Step 8. Then run Reindex Database from company menu.
