My system hangs when trying to run the company, why is this happening?

There could be various reasons why the system is hanging when trying to run the company on BUSY . It could be due to Data size more than 1 GB and Incomplete voucher  have saved in your data so need to clear it.Troubleshooting steps such as reindexing company data after backup may resolve the issue of slow.

I have multiple systems connected to the BUSY server. How do I connect to the main server system directly?

To connect to the main server system directly in BUSY, you need to ensure that your systems are connected to the same Local Area Network (LAN) as the main server. Once connected, you can access the main server by entering its IP address or server name in the server settings of BUSY on your client systems.

I was able to use BUSY yesterday but today it is stuck. How can I get it working again?

If BUSY is stuck and not working, you can try the following steps to get it working again:
1. Close the BUSY completely.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Open BUSY again and see if it is working properly.
4. If the issue persists, try reinstalling BUSY after backup in another drive

How can I optimize the performance of BUSY if it's running slowly?

If your BUSY running slow follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY in administrator Mode.
Step 2: If still facing issue then down user account control setting bar at never notify from
control panel.
Step 3: Check data size if running data on access.(If it is more than 1 GB then it will run Slow)

Why does the software crash or freeze at times? Are there any optimizations or settings I can adjust to improve performance?

To address software crashes or freezes, follow these steps:
Ensure the software is updated to the latest version and uninstall old versions of BUSYwin.
Reindex your database weekly if accessing data from a local network. Before proceeding, take the latest data backup.
Update PC and hardware drivers to the latest versions.
Check and adjust antivirus settings.

Why the data is running slow on the client system?

If the data is running slow on the client system then you need to ping your lan ip on client system. you have to press window r then type as ping mention ip address -t, if the ip time is fluctuate then you need to contact to your internet service provider.

Why is my BUSY data not syncing properly between my main server and client system?

If the data has been not sync properly between main server and client system then check the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that the data path should have been share properly.
Step 2: The sync centre option should be disable in both the system for syncing the data properly.

My BUSY is not responding. How can i Troubleshootthis?

If your BUSY got not responding then you can try these Troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Run BUSY as an administrator.
Step 2: Close BUSY from task manager and reopen it and check if same issue persists or not.
Step 3: If this is your client system then need to check your networking.

The software is running slow on my computer. How can I improve the performance?

To improve the performance of the software on your computer,:
Step 1 : You can try formatting your system and installing the software on an SSD drive. This can help speed up the software. Additionally, taking a data backup before formatting is recommended to avoid any data loss.
