Step 1: Check networking as ping server IP on client.
Step 2: Go in main server.
Step 3: Press window button + R, or can type CMD in search bar of your system.
Step 4: Then run command of CMD.
Step 5: In upcoming window type ipconfig.
Step 6: Then ip4 address will appear ,e.g.192.16.1.12
Step 7: Then go in client system.
Step 8: In search bar type run.
Step 9: Then type, ping (space) IP ,e,g (192.16.1.12) (space) -t
Step 10: It will show that IP is proper pinging or not If there is an issue or fluctuation, contact your IT person for assistance.
Additionally, disabling any unnecessary startup programs and running a virus scan can also help improve performance.

How can we check if the network is able to reach from the server to the client system?

 To check if the network is able to reach from the server to the client system, you can perform the following steps:
Step 1: On server system , Click on start Menu and Type CMD in the search Box.
Step 2: A black and white window will open where you will type ipconfig and press enter. Your ip address will be the IPv4 address.
Step 3: On client system, Press window+R key to give run command
Step 4: Now, Type PING then hit the space bar then mention the Lan ip address of server then again hit the space bar and type -t
Step 5: At last, press on enter key. If you receive the response, it means your network is reachable and in case of getting request time out error then there will be network issue.

What version of .NET framework does BUSY require for bill printing to work properly?

 The version of .NET framework 3.5 require for bill printing to work properly, for this you need to follow the below options:
1. Download the .NET Framework offline set-up from the browser.
2. Also, you can check from the control panel that to install .NET Framework, go to the control panel, then select the programmes and features, then click on turn Windows features on or off. After this, you will find the option of .NET Framework 3.5, then click on the plus option and tick on Windows Communications Foundation HTTP Activation and Windows Communications Foundation non-HTTP Activation.
3. You can also install the .NET Framework during the installation process.
4. If all the above options are not working, you need to contact your system hardware person or IT person to install the.NET Framework.

The application opens Excel in the backend which prevents exporting data. How can I prevent this or close Excel completely so I can export?
