To resolve connectivity issues with the software, you can try the following steps:
Step 1: Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable and reliable internet connection. If there are any issues with your internet, contact your internet service provider for assistance.
Step 2: Restart your router or modem: Sometimes, restarting your router or modem can help resolve connectivity issues. Turn off the device, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
Step 3: Disable firewall or antivirus settings: Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software that may be blocking the access of software to the internet. Remember to enable them again once the issue is resolved.
Step 4:You can change your Internet connection as well.
In case of internet connection is not available in BUSY then you need to follow below steps to solve this error.
Step 1: Open your computer's Control Panel through Windows settings, and then access the Network and Sharing Center.
Step 2: Navigate to Change adapter settings, where you'll find your network connection.
Step 3: Right-click on your network, go to Properties, and select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) in the properties.
Step 4: Update the DNS values to 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4 in the settings for Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4). Then, click Ok to proceed.
Step 5: Check your antivirus program settings. You may need to exclude BUSY from your antivirus so that the application can access the internet without any issues.
To resolve frequent internet disconnections while accessing BUSY, you can try the following steps:
1. Check your internet connection stability and speed.
2. Ensure that your router or modem is functioning properly.
3. Restart your router or modem.
4. Move closer to your Wi-Fi router if you are using a wireless connection.
5. Use a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi if possible.
6. Disable any bandwidth-intensive applications or downloads running in the background.
7. Contact your internet service provider (ISP) to check for any network issues or upgrades needed.
8. Consider upgrading your internet plan or switching to a more reliable ISP if the problem persists.
Follow below steps to resolve the issue which you facing while printing the E-invoice:
Step 1 : Check you internet connection as it working properly or not.
Step 2 : If internet working proper then check is it reaching to BUSY server or not through:
: Search http://util.bdns.in/getmyip.aspx in your browser.
Step 3: Press window + R to ping BUSY IP.
Step 4: If ping succesfully then check you anti virus also.
Step 5: Exclude BUSY folder from Anti virus or in window security.
Step 6: Change GSP ID.

If BUSY showing offline even when Connected with internet Follow These Steps:
1.Temporarily disable your antivirus & Exclude BUSY in Your Antivirus.
2.Temporarily disable firewall & Create Inbound Outbound Rule For BUSY.
3.Remember to enable them again once the issue is resolved.
4.Give Everyone Rigts to BUSY For this Right Click on BUSY Icon then Click on Properties Then Click on Security & Then click on edit Then click on add then enter name everone Create User.
5.Also Check By Changeing the Internet Connection.
6.Check if there are any other Software Creating connectivity issues.
To check the issue of the software shows your account or system as offline but your internet is working, you need to check the below option for troubleshooting.
1. Check Anti Virsu and add the BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders to Anti Virsu.
2. Uninstall the BUSY application and re install.
3. Inbound and outbound rules for BUSY firewalls
4. Checked by disabling Windows Defender
5. Set the Never Notify User Control setting from the control panel option.
6. Give full permission to the BUSY Win folder.
7. Re start the system; re start the internet.

1.For general data entry, voucher creation, master entry, and viewing/printing reports or vouchers, no internet connection is needed.
2.However, for specific features like BUSY license subcriptions BLS functionalities such as GSTIN & HSN validation, E-way bill and E-invoice generation, reconciliation, Google Drive backup through BUSY agent, mobile app, and BUSY BNS, updating to the latest version of BUSY, a stable internet connection is required.
Additionally, for BUSY Online, a new product, a stable internet connection is compulsory.
