If you made some changes in your data and now your report is showing incorrect totals you need to run regenerate dual voucher and update master balance utility from house-keping menu after taking the latest backup of your data
I'm having trouble with the charts and graphs in BUSY. They are not displaying properly. What could be causing this?
If you face issue with charts and graphs in BUSY not displaying properly, first check is it either showing the data correctly or not,if not so after taking the backup of the company run reindex database from house keeping.
What report are available in BUSY?
You can check various reports in BUSY like accounting reports, sale/purcahse reports, inventory reports, Final result reports include Balance sheet and Profit and loss account, Gst reports ans gst return, tds/tcs reports, profitability reports, production reports, query sysetm etc
How can I search for a bill amount within BUSY to identify the source transaction
BUSY has an option to search a transaction from the amount in any report, you can use Filter and Search option available in the report. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcuts F3 for search and F7 for filter.
Why does it take so much time to load data for sales entries in report?
The time takes to load data for sales entries in report is depends on the number of entries exist in the selected period. Further if you have added any other columns it will take more time than usually takes.
By which shortcut key , we can check GSTR 2A/AB status in the ledger report?
To check GSTR 2A/AB status in the ledger report follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display > Account book > Account ledger >open report after select account.
Step 2: Press F6 key to check GSTR 2A/AB status .
Why am I unable to see certain sales entries reflected correctly in the reports?
There could be several reasons why certain sales entries are not reflected correctly in the reports:
1. Incorrect data entry
2. Incorrect tax rate
3. Configuration/setting issue

To arrange data in alphabetical order in BUSY,
Step 1:Go to the desired report or ledger and click on the column header you want to sort
Step 2:Now it will be sort as per alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order

In BUSY, you can search or lookup payment reference numbers across modules/reports by using the Search feature. This feature allows you to enter the payment reference number and search for it across different modules and reports in the software.

In BUSY, We can view the Mulitple Sales Report Including the Tax Amount from Display Menu.
