Whenever you will open the sales register report it will ask you to specify the date range such as starting date and ending date you can specify it as required and you can generate the report

If you want to hide any transactions in the report, just generate a report and press f9 to hide transactions that you do not see in the report. Also, press alt plus f9 to unhide transactions.

To see purhcase invoice wise report , follow these steps:
Step1 : Click on display
Step 2 : Account Books

To navigate between months and dates in transaction history, you can select the desired date range and use the arrow buttons to move between months. Alternatively, you can use the F5 key to summarize the report.

The laser (ledger) is not showing the full transaction history for a customer. How can I fix this?

For full Transaction history in ledger you need to press ALT+L then define Format and select account make sure Details to be shown should be Full voucher Details then it will show full details in report.

I am registered under composition scheme so why is IGST input showing

If you are a composition dealer and in GST report shows IGST input then might you have applied wrong tax bill sundry i.e, IGST instead of IGST(ITC-None). There might be other reasons depending on the situations.
