To check the ledger in T format follow the below steps: 

Step 1: Go to Display >Account book > Account ledger > Account wise >Select T Format > select account >Open report.

You can view history of invoices with their details by checking the voucher list and relevant registers. Further if you want to check previous year invoices then you need to switch the financial year.

To find your daily sales summary in BUSY, you can navigate to the "Display Reportssection, then follow the steps
1. Display
2. Account Summary
3. Daily Balance/Daily Summary
4. Select the Cash ledger and view the report

Customization is one of the most beneficial aspects of BUSY.
You can customize any report from the custom column report with this feature, and you can also add or remove any field as needed.

How do I check purchases without GST in BUSY

To view the purchase without GST, you can use the purchase register and enable the option to Show Bifurcation of Amounts. This will display a column for the purchase amount that excludes GST.

Where should I place net amount in BUSY report

In BUSY, the Accounting Reports already include the amount column. However, you can also add a custom column for the amount if you want. You can customize the column according to your needs.

I am facing difficulties while adding sales entries for invoices that are not reflecting in the sales register. What steps should I take to add these entries?

For invoices not reflecting in sale register:
Step 1 : Check invoice details
Step 2 : CHeck date range
Step 3 : User rights
Step 4 : Filter
Step 5 : Refresh register

To view sales figures excluding GST for checking the same follow below steps
Step 1:- Display
Step 2:- Account Books
Step 3:- Account Registers (Standard) and Columnar
Step 4:- Sales / Purchase Register

When trying to add columns in my custom report format, why do some columns like Invoice Date not show up as options to select?

If you add columns in report but invoice date and other columns are not showing it means you have not select correct field or you have not set custom column in report correctly
