How can I filter the sales report in BUSY by date range
To generate sales report of a date in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard) and Choose Sales Register.
Step 3: Enter the date range that you want to filter the report by and can view the report. You can also change the date by press F2 without exiting the report.
Step 4: If you want to export that report then use the "Export(ALT+E) option to export it in a compatible file format such as Excel, CSV, PDF & Google Sheet.
How do I view purchases for a specific party in BUSY
To view purchases of a party in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard) and Choose Purchase Register.
Step 3: Select One Party option and choose the party name from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Enter the date range that you want to filter the report by and can view the report.
Step 5: If you want to export that report then use the "Export(ALT+E) option to export it in a compatible file format such as Excel, CSV, PDF & Google Sheet.
How can we check sales/purchase vouchers report with GST bifurcation?
To check the Sales/Purchase report with tax bifurcation in BUSY , follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display then click on Accounts Book Tab
Step 2: Now select the Account registers standard option
Step 3: Now, you can select Sales register or Purchase register
Step 4: After click on required report , select all sales/pur type option and all party
Step 5: At last, mention the date range and enable show Bifurcation of amount by Specify Y.
Step 6: Click on OK tab and you report is ready with tax breakup.
I have cancelled the invoice but it is showing in report what should I do?
If the cancelled invoice is still showing in the reports or totals, you may follow the below mentioned steps:
Note : If you have a latest backup.
Step 1: Go to housekeping menu.
Step 2: Select the update master balance option.
Step 3: Then click on OK button to start the process, it will take few minutes for completing the same.
Step 4: After completion of the process a confirmation message will appear on the screen, then you can check the report or total for the cancelled vouchers.
How do I find a particular voucher when voucher number is not known?
You can find a voucher even if you do not know the voucher number. You can use one of the following methods:
Method 1: Search by party name: If you know the name of the party involved in the voucher, you can go to their ledger and look for the voucher. To do this, you can press Alt+L and select the party name from the list.
Method 2: Search by date: If you know the date of the voucher, you can go to list of vouchers of that date and find the voucher
I made an entry in the software but it is not showing up in the reports or voucher list. What should I do to resolve this?
If you made an entry in BUSY software but it is not showing up in the reports or voucher list please follow these steps: To get this solved:
Step 1: Make sure you have selected correct date in the report
Step 2: If you are logged in with subuser Make sure you have appropriate rights to view the report
Step 3: Make sure you are checking the correct report
Step 4: If same issue persist it means you havenot saved the voucher properly so save it again after generation
Why I am unable to generate party ledger report accurately as per my records?What should I check to resolve this?
If there is any mismatch in your ledger report balance as per your records,follow these steps
1. Check if there are any pending voucher or payments of party that need to be updated in company
2. Verify if the party's contact information and billing details are correct and up to date.
3. Ensure that the approval, necessary permissions and access rights are granted to generate ledger report
4. Check by updating master balance in housekeeping after backup
5. Check date range is correctly mentioned for which you are checking report for party

to Check GST registered Party See the following Step
Step 1: Go to Administration Click on Account then Click on List
Step 2: Select Option Screen Click on Stander and Select group as Sundry Debtors
Step 3: after Select group Enable option Show GST Details
Step 4: Click on ok for Generate Report
Step 5: Click on Filter
Step 6: Select Singel Filter filter on filed Type of Dealer opetaror equel valu should be Registerd

Im running into an issue where sales reports are mixing data from multiple companies how can I resolve this ?
If you are running an issue where sales reports are mixing data from multiple companies then it might be possible you have opened multi comapnies result of sale
from check list option under display menu To resolve the issue follow the steps
Step1 Go to display menu and click on Account books
Step2 Click on account register standard then click on sale register
Step3 select all sale type then click all parties
Step4 set the date range and enable show bifurcation of amount then press OK
