The tax deductions for debit notes and credit notes are not shown properly in the tax computation. How can I fix this?

If the tax deductions for debit notes and credit notes are not shown properly in the tax computation, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: For this, you need to check the debit notes and credit note transactions for tax computation. You need to verify whether the tax amount is correct or not in the debit note and credit note reports.
Step 2: For this, you need to go to Display, then select Account Books, then select Account Registers (standard), then select Debit Note Register and Credit Note Register.

How to view purchase or sale transactions within a selected date range?

To view purchase or sale transactions within a selected date range in BUSY, Follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu
Step 2: Click on Account books
Step 3: Then click on Account regsiter Standard
Step 4: Press enter on sale/purchase register
Step 5: Select all sale/purchase type then click on all parties
Step 6: Then specify date range in stating date & ending date field then open the report.
or you can also check the sale / purchase with selected date range specify the date range in starting date & ending date option.

I am unable to view my previous invoices. What should I do?

If you wants to view your previous invoices generated from BUSY,you can follow these steps: 
Step 1:Go to the Transactions menu,
Step 2:Select sales,then click on list,
Step 3:Select Date Range,then click ok,Here you can view your sales invoices.
Step 4:Or you can Go to Display,
Step 5:Click On Accounts Books,
Step 6:Click on Accounts Registers(Standard),
Step 7:Click Sales Register,Select all Party or one Party as you want,
Step 8:select date range,show breification Yes,Here you can see the sale report briefication your invoices,

How do I view the taxable amount after deduction in the software?

To view the taxable amount after deduction in the BUSY , you can see the taxable amount of  in sales report , please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Go to display menu ,
Step 2: Select Account Books Report Option.
Step 3: And then select Account Registers(Standard)
Step 4: Select Sales Register.
Step 5: Select the further option like all sale type and All parties option.
Step 6: Enable Show bifurcation of amounts option
Step 7: Taxable amount will be shown in separate column
Step 8: Select Ok and view the report.

How can we check accounting and inventory report in BUSY?

In BUSY software, you can access accounting and inventory reports from the 'Display' tab. This tab offers a wide range of reports, including final results like the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement, various account books such as the Ledger, Sales/Purchase Register, and Day Book, as well as inventory reports like Stock Status, Stock Ledger, and Item-wise Day Book and many more.
Please follow the Below step to check reports in BUSY
Step 1: Go to Display
Step 2: Select report
Step 3: Mention Starting and ending date and open the report

Where are CGST and SGST amounts displayed

CGST and SGST amounts are display on invoices as well as accounting report and GST Report also with voucher details.
For Accounting Report
Step 1. Go to Display option
Step 2. Select account books
Step 3. Select account register-standard
Step 4. Select sale or purchase register as per requirement
Step 5. Select Date Range and show bifurcation of amount option should be enable for cgst and sgst amount bifurcation.
For GST Report
Step 1. Go to Display option
Step 2. Select GST report
Step 3. Select GST register
Step 4. Select Supply outward or inward register as per requirement

How do I view separate CGST and SGST in reports?

To view the CGST and SGST separately in the reports, you have two options in BUSY:
1. You can use the Sale / Purchase Register feature and set Y for the option Show Bifurcation of Amount? This will show you the CGST and SGST amounts and rates for each transaction in the report.
2. You can also use other GST reports such as GST Summary, GST Returns, etc. that show you the CGST and SGST separately for different periods and transactions. You can access these reports from the Display menu in BUSY.

How to extract bill-wise data from BUSY for tax audits?

To exctract bill wise report of vouchers for audit , you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display then selcet account books.
Step 2: Click on account registers standard
Step 3: You can open the desired report with selectin date range and mention yes in bifurcation of amount
Step 4: Under Account registers all accounting voucher option is available and in report will show bill amount , taxable amount and tax amount
You can see accounts register to see report for audit .

How do I get my group accounts ledger data

If you want to check ledger of a account group in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu and click on Account Books then Account Ledger.
Step 2: Select Account-wise and choose Group of Accounts.
Step 3: Choose the group name from the dropdown list and enter the date range and can view the combined ledger data.
Step 4: Step 5: If you want to export that report then use the "Export(ALT+E) option to export it in a compatible file format such as Excel, CSV, PDF & Google Sheet.

How can I view a one-month ledger for a particular item in BUSY, and will it show transactions date-wise or in bulk?

view a one-month ledger for a particular item in BUSY You can use one of the following methods:
Method 1: Search by party name: If you know the name of the party involved in the voucher, you can go to their ledger and look for the voucher. To do this, you can press Alt+L and select the party name from the list.
Method 2: Search by date: If you know the date of the voucher, you can go to list of vouchers of that date and find the voucher
