How can I combine my registered sales for local and central GST purposes?

To generate combine  registered sales for local and central GST purposes, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books. Then, select Account Registers (Standard).
Step 2: Select the Sales Register / Purchase Register that you want to view. You can filter the report by All Parties, Group of Parties, Selected Parties or One Party.
Step 3: Enter the date range and open the report. This will show you the Sale / Purchase data for the specified period.

Where do I add the email ID column in the CSV file

Pls Follow the Below Steps for Custom Column in Reports:
Step 1: Click on Custom Column Option
Step 2: Mention the Format Name
Step 3: Click on Add New Column or Add New Row
For New Column :
Step 1: Mention the Heading - Email ID, Position - After which column want to show ,Data type Field - Text and Alignment as per your need.
Step 2: Select the Field Value - Data Field
Step 3: Select the Category - Inventory Vouchers Header
Step 4: Select the Field Name - Email ID

Reports not generating in BUSY. What could be the reason and solution?

If you are unable to view reports then please check the given steps:
Step 1: You will need to check company is login with super user or sub user
Step 2: When a company logs in with a sub-user account, there is a potential scenario where the sub-user may not have the necessary permissions to access and view reports.
Step 3: In this scenerio, you need to login company with super user and give rights to sub user to view the reports

How can I add a separate custom column in BUSY Accounting Software?

To add a custom column in reports in BUSY Accounting Software, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open specific report as per required.
Step 4: Click on custom column then specify Format Name.
Step 5: Click on add new column then mention heading, position and data type.
Step 6: Select category such as Inventory Vouchers(Header), Inventory Vouchers(Body), Account Master, Item Master etc. as per required field.
Step 7: After selecting category click on field option and choose the field then save the format.
Step 8: Reopen the report with created format.

I am trying to reconcile my bank statement in BUSY but the ending balance does not match my bank statement. What should I check to resolve this?

To resolve the reconcile issue of bank statement with BUSY books, Then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that the bank entries has been properly entered in BUSY and cleared from F4 shortcut key.
Step 2: If some entries has been pending from the last year then make sure that all the bank references has been properly get carry forward in the current financial year.
Step 3: After data backup, run the update master balance from house keeping if amount is mismatch.

Why is the amount being shown in a single column instead of debit and credit amount in receipt and payment register?

If the Single entry system for payment and receipt voucher feature is enabled in the company , the amount will show in the single column of receipt and payment register.
Step 1: In such a case , Go in administration > configuration >Features and option >Accounts tab >Single entry system for payment and receipt voucher(Feature) > can disable if required double entry system .
Remark - If any transaction exists in Payment/Receipt voucher as per double entry system then this option will appear in disable mode.

What assistance is available for sales auditing and reconciliation in BUSY?

BUSY provides various reports through that you can do auditing and reconcilation. To check the reports follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on display
Step 2 Click on account book
Step 3 Account register standard
Step 4 Sale register, here you can check the sale report
If you wan to check sales analysis, Please follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on display
Step 2 Click on sales analysis
Step 3 Here you can select on which basis you want to check reports

How can I align report columns or change their order?

In BUSY, you can customize the display of reports using the Custom Column feature. This feature allows you to change the order of columns and align them according to your preferences.You can follow the below steps:
Step 1: First Open then required report in BUSY.
Step 2: Click on custom column feature displayed at top of the report.
Step 3: Specify the name for format and then customize the report as per your requirement.
Step 4: Finally, Save the format and reopen the report with newly created format.

How do I view all parties in sales register

To generate sales report of all parties in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard) and Choose Sales Register.
Step 3: Select All Parties and enter the date range that you want to filter the report by and can view the report.
Step 4: If you want to export that report then use the "Export(ALT+E) option to export it in a compatible file format such as Excel, CSV, PDF & Google Sheet.

How to use the filter option in sale register?

To use the filter option in sale register in BUSY, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu and then click on gst reports option
Step 2: Then select gst registers option and then sale register option after that select required details with starting date and ending date and then press ok to view report
Step 3: Now press F7 short cut key and select the filter option. Then choose the filter criteria according to your preference and apply it by pressing filter option.
