To get other discount in your report , have to add custom column, follow the steps to add custom column:
Step 1: After opening your desired report click on custom column option present on top of report
Step 2: Mention format name
Step 3: Specfity heading of column, position and data type
Step 4: Then slect field and save format
Step 5: Now open the report gaian with your created format
Note: Custom column option only available for standard and enterprise model.
Can you guide me through the process of checking the party transaction?
If you want to check pary transactions of an account in BUSY , you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Press ALT+L to open account ledger and specify the account name of which you want to check the transaction.
Step 2: Then, you need to enter the Date Range for which you want to see the report and click on OK or press F2.
Step 3: The report will show you the Closing Balance of the selected account for the given period.
How can I filter the ledger report as per debit and credit date in BUSY?
To filter the ledger report as per debit and credit date in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display then click on account books
Step 2: Choose the account ledger then select account-wise option
Step 3: Select the standard format then select party and open the ledger report.
Step 4: Now, Press F2 shortcut key and click on filter on Dr/Cr date.
Step 5: Specify the starting and ending date separately for debit data and credit data then click on Ok.
How do I ensure data accuracy between different modules to avoid discrepancies in reconciliation reports?
To avoid the data discrepancies in reconciliation reports in different modules then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure to run data only in the module which has been puchased by you to avoid the data corruption.
Step 2: If you want to run data to other system then BUSY version should be same.
Step 3: Do not degrade and upgrade your data multiple times.

To generate Sales / Purchase reports, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books. Then, select Account Registers (Standard).
Step 2: Select the Sales Register / Purchase Register that you want to view. You can filter the report by All Parties, Group of Parties, Selected Parties or One Party.
Step 3: Enter the date range and open the report. This will show you the Sale / Purchase data for the specified period.

To create filter that will only display items where a certain field is blank, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the field you want to filter.
Step 2: Choose the Filter option, or you can use the F7 shortcut key for filtering.
Step 3: Specify the field name in the Filter on Field option. Then, select the Equal operator and leave the value field blank.
Step 4: This will show you all records with empty fields in that particular column.
I need help understanding the international sales reporting in BUSY. It seems I am missing data or some transactions are not categorized properly.
In BUSY, you can view the international sales report by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display section then click on Accounts Book Tab
Step 2: Choose the Account registers standard option then select the sales register
Step 3: Now, select one sales type option and all party
Step 4: At last, mention the export sales type, date range and enable show Bifurcation of amount by Specify Y.
Step 5: Click on OK tab and you report is ready with tax breakup.
Why are invoice values not getting updated even after I restore data and run update balances? What could be the reason?
If the invoice value not getting updated in the reports, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to Housekeeping section then click on Update master balance option and click on Ok tab.
Step 3: After finish the process, check the account balance.
