How can I reorder columns in a custom report format I created to meet my business reporting needs?

If you have add custom column and want to reorder it you can do this but in default columns of report its not possible
To reorder custom column please follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the report
Step 2: Then click on custom column
Step 3: Then add format
Step 4: After added the format specify heading select position as required
Step 5: The position you will select will help you to reorder the column accordingly

Want to view the full voucher details while open ledger in BUSY

To view the full voucher details while open ledger in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display option and then select account books option.
Step 2: Then select account ledger and then account wise option.
Step 3: Then select account wise in the ledger to be shown window.
Step 4: Then select required option from ledger to be shown for window.
Step 5: In next window mention date range and select details to be shown for as full voucher details.

How do I maintain the information of a customers purchase history?

To generate Sales / Purchase reports, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books. Then, select Account Registers (Standard).
Step 2: Select the Sales Register / Purchase Register that you want to view. You can filter the report by All Parties, Group of Parties, Selected Parties or One Party.
Step 3: Enter the date range and open the report. This will show you the Sale / Purchase data for the specified period.

Locate previously saved invoices in BUSY. Access old printed invoices.

Follow below steps to locate previously saved invoices in BUSY: 
Step 1: Go in transaction option.
Step 2: Select desired voucher type.
Step 3: Then click on list.
Step 4: Mention duration period and open it.
Step 5: Also can go in display section.
Step 6: Then select Account Books under it select Account Register(Standard).
Step 7: Click on sale register.
Step 8: Then select relevant Date and open it.

How do I navigate to the sales /Purchase register?

Where can I find the balance of Party in my BUSY?

If you want to check balance of an account in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Press ALT+L to open account ledger and specify the account name of which you want to check the balance.
Step 2: Then, you need to enter the Date Range for which you want to see the report and click on OK or press F2.
Step 3: The report will show you the Closing Balance of the selected account for the given period.

How do I set up accounts and categories in BUSY

In BUSY, we have to create customer and vendor account Master for transaction and can view reports accordingly.
Pls Follow the Below Steps For Account Creation:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Masters
Step 3: Account
Step 4: Add
Pls Follow the Below Steps For Account Category:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Account
Step 5: Enable the Maintain Account Category Option.
Step 6: Open the Account Master in Modify Mode
Step 7: Use F3 Shortcut Key to creating Account Category and mention it.

Can we check sales register for specific Account group?

To check Sales register for single account group , you need to follow the given step: 
Step 1: Go to Display tab then click on account books menu
Step 2: Now click on Accounts register standard option then select sales register
Step 3: Select all sales type and then a window will appear for select group
Step 4: Afterward ,Click on Group of parties and check the report after specify the party group

How to view the sale or purchase ledger?

If you want to see sale or purchase ledger please follow these steps:
Step 1: Press shortcut key ALT+L or Go to display menu then click on account books submenu
Step 2: Then click on accounts ledger then click on account wise
Step 3: After that select the format as standard then select it as one account
Step 5: Specify the account as sales or purchase and then specify the date range and select required options and open the report
