How can I consolidate the daily sales registers into a monthly and yearly summary view in BUSY

If you want to see monthly consolidated sales in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Account Summary.
Step 2: Choose Monthly Summary and select either Vertical or Horizontal, depending on how you want to see the data.
Step 3: Choose One Account or Group of Accounts and enter the sales account.
Step 4: Specify the starting and ending month and view the report. This will show you the consolidated sales for each month.

How do I correct the sequence of entries in BUSY if they get out of order

In the current configuration, there isn't an option to align the order of entries according to the statement. The display sequence will consistently be based on the criteria of Date, VchType, and VchNo. However, in the event that chronological order is enabled, the presentation will adhere to the sequence determined by the Voucher date along with the time of entry. Please note that the software operates in this manner, and the order of entries is structured accordingly.

Why am i unable to see the items details in the party's ledger?

To see items details in the party's ledger, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Press ALT+L to open account ledger window.
Step 2: Select the party's name then enter the date range and set Y on show items details option.
Step 3: Click on the check box next to show item details option then specify width which details you want to see and save.
Step 4: Press ok to open the report then you will see the items details.

How can I get an overview of all my invoices including credit notes?

To get an overview of all my invoices including credit notes, you can follow the below steps : 
Step 1. Go to Transactions
Step 2. Then select Voucher type which you wants to overview.
Step 3. The three options will be displayed : Add,Modify,List
Step 4. Now you can select List option for overview about invoices.
Step 5. Go to Display and then click on Account Books and now you can see Account register

I am unable to generate reports for past months. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

If you are unable to generate reports for past months please follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure that the date you are specifying while opening the report belongs to the current financial year
Step 2: Make sure you are checking correct report
Step 3: Make sure transactions existance is available in the company or not
Step 4: Make sure you have specific rights to view the report if you are logged in with subuser

What do I do if my entries in BUSY dont match the order of transactions on my bank statement

To track expense you can see the expense ledger and you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and then click on Accounts Books.
Step 2: Now click on Accounts Ledger and select account wise
Step 3: Now click on Standard and select the Account name or group of expense for which you want to see ledger
Step 4: Mention the time period and enable the options there as per your reqirement and click on OK Option.

Why are my entries not showing in chronological order based on the time I entered them in BUSY

The entries in BUSY may appear in chronological order based on the time of entry, as the option for chronological order in the report settings may not be enabled. Certain reports provide an option to enable chronological order, and it's essential to ensure that entries are sorted by the correct criteria, such as date or time. If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact the software's support team for further assistance in resolving the matter.

How can I add custom columns for state and TIN in reports

.Pls Follow the Below Steps for Custom Column in Reports:
Step 1: Click on Custom Column Option
Step 2: Mention the Format Name
Step 3: Click on Add New Column or Add New Row
For New Column :
Step 1: Mention the Heading, Position ,Data type Field and Alignment as per your need.
Step 2: Select the Field Value - Data Field
Step 3: Select the Category - Account Master or Inventory Header
Step 4: Select the State and TIN field one by one.

How to view party names and other master details in BUSY reports?

To view party name and other masters in BUSY , you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then masters and select account
Step 2: Then select list and all marters then open report
Step 3: You can check all accounts created in the list and their group
You can follow the same above steps to see any other master list by select master typ then list .
