How do I check my account balance in BUSY

To check your account balance in BUSY, you can follow these steps
1. Press the shortcut Alt+L to view the ledger report directly.
2. Alternatively, you can go to "Display,then "Account Books."
3. Choose "Account Ledger,followed by "Account-wise."
4. Select "Standard."
5. Pick one or selected account.
6. Specify the required account name.
6. Set the date range.
7. Click "OKto view the report.
8. In this report, you can see the opening, closing, and all necessary information.

How do I generate a sales report in BUSY

To generate sales report in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard) and Choose Sales Register.
Step 3: Enter the date range and can view that report.
Step 4: If you want to export that report then use the "Export(ALT+E) option to export it in a compatible file format such as Excel, CSV, PDF & Google Sheet.

How can we get payment report without PDC entities?

To get payment report without PDC entities follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display > Account Book > Account register (Standard ) > Payment register
Step 2: Select Type of entries to be included - Regular , the report will show only regular payment vouchers .
Remark - For checking PDC entry posted through payment voucher , can Select Type of entries to be included - Only PDC.

How do I access sales register in BUSY

To generate sales register in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard) and Choose Sales Register.
Step 3: Enter the date range and can view that report.

When I try to generate a report in BUSY with specific date range filter, it does not work as expected. The data shown in the report does not match the date range I selected. How can I resolve this issue?

If you are trying to generate a report in BUSY with specific date range filter,if it does not work as expected and the data shown in the report does not match the date range selected or showing on entering in data show mismatch of amounts,then you have to take backup and then in housekeeping optipn,run update master balances and then again check the accounting report you are looking for.

I am not able to generate reports beyond a certain date range. Why am I facing this issue and how can I generate reports for longer date ranges?

If you are unable to generate report beyond a certain date range then please
follow the given steps
Step 1: Make sure You are entering the data range which is belong to current financial
year.
Step 2: In some reports, you have the option to view the report with a date range
that spans across financial years, whether it belongs to the previous financial
year or not.

I deposited a receipt this month but it is not showing as updated in the software. Can you check why the data has not been updated?

If deposited entry is not showing then you can check your receipt voucher and also can check accout entered in voucher shoule be correct and resave your voucher.You can also run Update Master balance after backup of your data.You can follow some steps to Update Master balance:
Step 1: Go to the House Keeping and click on Update Master balance
Step 2: Now click on OK option and run the process.

How can I see a breakdown of the quantities of each item sold to each customer or party?

To see a breakdown of the quantities of each item sold to each party in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Display menu.
Step 2: Select Sales Analysis and choose Item wise.
Step 3: Click on Columnar (Auto Configured) and enter the date range then open the report.
Step 4: This report will show you the quantity of each item sold to each party.

How can I generate a report in BUSY that shows my total purchases from each vendor year-to-date?

You can see the all month purchase data in the monthly report from below steps.
Step 1: Click on Display
Step 2: Then Account Books
Step 3: Then Account Summary
Step 4: Then Monthly Summary
Step 5: Then vertical or horizontal as per your need and select the group of account as purchase and view the report.
Additionally, you can view the multiple purchase report from the Display menu.

Despite generating them, I can't view the invoices for services in the system. What should I do?

If you are not able to view the services invoices then check the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that the service account has been properly tagged either in the service bill sundry or service item as you have applied in the voucher.So that you can check the service account ledger.
Step 2: If you are sub user then you should have rights to access the vouchers in BUSY.
