To track the payment received from clients in BUSY you can follow the steps.
Step 1. Open BUSY Software
Step 2. Open company
Step 3. Go to transaction menu click
Step 4. Go to receipt click
Step 5. Click on list
Step 6. Select date range ,Open list
Now you can check all payment receipt transaction.
How do I view expense details in BUSY

I exported my sales register but there are no dates showing in the Excel file. Why are the dates missing and how can I get them to show properly?
The reason the dates in the sales register are not displaying in the Excel export could be due to using a custom column report. It's possible that in the custom column report, the date column was removed before exporting the report. To include the dates column in the export, ensure that the dates column is allowed for export from the custom column settings.
I was told to select "New" instead of "Standard" when opening reports in BUSY. Why do I need to do this and what does selecting "New" do?
If you were told to select New instead of Standard when opening reports, it means
that you have made some changes in the report and want to see the report with those
changes. In that case, a new format is created for you, and you are guided to open the
report with the new format to see it in the desired format.
Can you guide me on how to check if there are any remaining vouchers in the BUSY after deleting them?
Yes, you can check if there are any remaining vouchers in the system after deleting them in BUSY.
Below are the steps to check it:-
Step 1: You can check voucher statistics for it.
Step 2: Go to the Display menu then click on Check List after that click on Voucher statistics.
Step 3: If shows zero there that means no voucher has remained in the company.
Why does the Ledger Reconciliation feature appear frozen or red in the ledger window and how to enable it?
We cannot reconcile ledger if we include PDC entries in the ledger report. Both features (Include PDC entries and Show reconciliation status ) will not work together.
Step 1: While open ledger (Press Alt+L or go to Display >account book >account ledger) , disable include PDC entries then you will be able to enable Ledger reconciliation option and reconcile after open ledger book.
How do I filter the sales register to show only total sales by party without the CGSTSGST breakups
If you want to see the sales register without showing the tax details, you can do the following:
1. When you open the sales register, choose N for the option Show Bifurcation of Amount? This will hide the tax breakup from the report.
2. You can also filter the report by One Party, All Parties, Group of Parties, or Selected Parties as per your need.
The voucher data looks incorrect in my reports. What could cause this and how can I fix it?
The voucher data in reports may appear incorrect for various reasons, including incorrect tax rates, mismatched voucher dates, improper party selection, missing entries, incorrect voucher types, or saving issues. To address this, you can check and rectify the voucher details, ensure accurate party selection, and save the vouchers correctly. Thoroughly review and reconcile your transactions to identify any discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
How do I record payments made by credit card in BUSY? The bank ledger is not getting updated.
To record payments made by credit card in BUSY, you need to create a bank account specifically for the credit card. Record the payment as a withdrawal from that account. If the bank ledger is not tagged under the Bank account, you may encounter this problem.
To view the Credit Card Ledger, go to Display, then Account, and select the Ledger report to view.
I want to check my sales register in BUSY. What is the process to view the sales register?
To check my sales register in BUSY, please follow below steps :
Step 1: navigate the display menu
Step 2 : select the Account books and then Account register
Step 3 : select option Sales register
