I have an account for Surbhajan. How can I view its ledger report?

To view the ledger report for the Surbhajan account, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Choose Account Ledger and then select Account Wise.
Step 3: Pick the Surbhajan account, specify additional details, save, and view the report.
Important Note: You can use the shortcut key ALT + L to quickly access the ledger report.

Is there filter to select multiple salesmen for sales reports in BUSY?

Yes, We can see Salesman wise report for One, Selected and All Salesman.
Pls Follow the Below Steps for Accounting Report :
Step 1: Display Menu
Step 2: Account Books
Step 3: Account Register
Step 4: Sales Register
Pls Follow the Below Steps for Inventory Report :
Step 1: Display Menu
Step 2: Inventory Books
Step 3: Inventory Register

Where can I find all the bills that I have deducted?

You can find all the bills that you have deducted in the BUSY, by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display tab and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers (Standard).
Step 3: Now, choose the desired report and specify the date range.
Step 4: Alternatively, you can also access the Day Book and Account Ledger reports from the Account Books tab.

How to find a missing payment in BUSY?

To check missing payment open ledger of account by Alt+L key and mention correct date range .
If voucher not found then have to restore old backup, to restore data follow the steps below :
Step 1: Go to restore data from company menu
Step 2: Select data path in which backup is present
Step 3: Click on ok then restore with overwrite no

How can i check Sale Report ?

To check sale report in BUSY follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then click on Accounts books option
Step 3: Then click on Accounts Register (standard) option
Step 4: Then click on sale register option
Step 5: Then specify date range and click on OK button
Step 6: Here you can check the list of sale account

I am unable to find a particular invoice value by searching in BUSY. Is there a way to search sales register for a specific invoice amount?

I am unable to generate the sales register report properly. The columns are not in the correct order. How can I fix this?

We dont have the closing balance of accounts in the last year but showing opening balance in current year. what should i do?

If the opening balance is not match with the last year closing balance of accounts, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to last year.
Step 2: Go to Housekeeping menu and run Update Master Balances process.
Step 3: Now, Change financial year again from the Administration menu and check.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.

What tips do you have for making sure my books balance and I don't have unresolved mismatches?

Fundamento recommends regularly checking for mismatches and resolving them promptly. This can be done by reviewing monthly reports, double-checking entries, and running housekeeping processes to update master balances. It is also important to ensure that stock quantities and book values are balanced and to record transactions accurately. Regular backups and software updates can also help prevent errors and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

Is there an option to see the closing balance date wise in account ledger?

Yes, you can see date wise closing balance in the account ledger by using these steps:
Step 1: Press ALT+L to open account ledger window and enter the account name.
Step 2: Enter the date range then set Y on show daily balance instead of running balance option and open the report.
Step 3: After opening it you will see date wise closing balance.
