Does the sales register show the amount of tax deducted?
Yes, sales register show the amount of tax deducted, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Reports or display section and then choose account books
Step 2: Then account registers (standard) and select 'Sales Register' or 'Purchase Register' respectively. Set the date range and enable the option show bifercation of amount as Y and the software will generate the required report.
Why are todays sales not showing up in Sales Ledger.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: In the Voucher Entry, Sale account is properly tag in the sale purchase type.
Step 2: In Item Master, Only Sales Account should be mention in Specify Sales Account Option.

How do I find salesman commission calculation report in BUSY?
To view Salesman commision report, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu and click on Commission Calculation.
Step 2: Entet on Sale / Purchase and can filter the report with One Salesman / All Salesman.
Step 3: Enter the date range and can view the commision for each salesman.
Step 4: You can also post Commission Voucher by press F4.
Can I view separate reports for cash and bank transactions?
Yes, you can view separate reports for cash and bank transactions in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to display then go to account books
Step 2 : Then account ledger select account wise standard
Step 3 : Group of accounts and select tick cash and bank account and check seperate report for cash and bank transactions.
The sales reports in BUSY are not showing the current month's data. How can I ensure the reports include the latest sales transactions?
To ensure that BUSY's sales reports reflect the current month's data, make sure that the sales data for the current month has been entered correctly and completely in the software. Check that the date range selected for the report includes the current month. If the issue persists, try refreshing or regenerating the report to ensure it is up to date.
I need to change the format of my report in BUSY to RMA visa format. How can I do this?
In BUSY, we have all standard format reports available. You need to change the report to BUSY as per your RMA visa format. You need to send your RMA visa format to our support ID to check whether this format is possible or not in BUSY. or you can contact your dealer or solution partner for the RMA visa format.
What are the different places I need to fill mobile number for it to reflect in reports?
If you want to add a mobile number, you can add it in the Account Master or in billing/shipping details. Alternatively, you can also write the mobile number in the Voucher Optional Field, providing multiple options for adding the mobile number. Additionally, you can add a custom column in most reports to include the mobile number in the generated reports.
BUSY is showing double entries for some transactions. How do I find and remove duplicates?
If you want to find and remove duplicates enteries then please follow
the given steps
Step 1: Go to display menu then check list option then voucher
numbering reports.
Step 2: Then voucher duplicates number then select voucher type
Step 3: Then enter dates then ok.
Step 4: Then open that voucher and press F8 to delete or modify the
number or save.
Why is the account master not showing in the drop down at ledger opening?
If account master not showing in the drop down at ledger opening follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration > Utilities > De- activate master > select master type account > mention master name > Select N for de-activate and save the configuration.
Step 2: Open ledger (press alt+L) and check the account name in drop down.
Why am I not able to see any filter value in report of sale?
There could be two possible reasons for not seeing any filter value in BUSY:
1. Make sure that value specified for filter is correct with spelling or number.
2. Check your filter type it should be appropriate.
3. You can filter row wise by click on the option.
4.check filter on field which should be correct as per your requirement and check operator
