To see the details of purchase bills which you have paid you should follow the steps 
1 Go to display menu and click on account books then click on account register standard
2 Click on sales register and select all sale type then all party and set date range and enable
payment receipt details then press ok

Why am i not able to modify the previous month data.

Reasons for not able to modify the previous month data
1 Data frezzing: If data is freezed for particular period then for that period you cannot edit the data will show message data is being freezed.
2 Date range: If you have mention the current date range you can see only data of current period.

Where can I view all open invoices for a particular customer?

If you want to view all invoices for a particular customer please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then click on account books
Step 3: Then click on account ledger
Step 4: Then click on account-wise
Step 5: Then click on standard
Step 6: Afterwards click on one account then select the account and open the report

Can I get a partywise monthly sales summary report in BUSY

Yes, you can generate a partywise monthly sales summary report in BUSY by using these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Sales Analysis.
Step 2: Select "Party-wiseand choose Standard-Monthly.
Step 3: You can filter the report by All Parties, Group of Parties, One Party or Selected Parties.
Step 4: Now, open ther report and analyz your data.

How can I export voucher details or registers from BUSY?.

To export voucher details or registers from BUSY, you can go to the desired register (such as sales register or purchase register), select the date range and other filters if needed, and then click on the "Export" button. This will allow you to export the voucher details or registers in formats like Excel, PDF, or XML.

Step 3: Select voucher type as per required and then mention date range for the report and then click on OK tab.

My account shows Rs. balance but I had funds earlier. What happened to my trading balance?
