Yes, once you file your GSTR 1 sales on portal and after that made changes in BUSY data it lead to different amount mismatch. So, be careful after making changes once you file GSTR 1 on portal. For furthur you can contact your CA or Acccountant before making any changes

How do I change the date range or period for my trading statement?

To change the date range or period for your trading statement in BUSY, you can go to the statement generation section and look for an option to modify the date range. This will allow you to select a specific time period or customize the date range according to your preference.

I am not able to see a general journal entry I created. How can I view it?

not able to see a journal entry created in BUSY then follow tgese steps 
1. go to the account books under display menu
2. then click on account registers
3. and open journal register
4. mentioned date range and select other options then open report
5. find the transaction you want.

I am unable to see the net payable amount for employees in BUSY. What should I do?

You can see the net payable amount in the BUSY from payroll reports.
Pls follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Display
Step 2: Then Payroll reports
Step 3: Then Payroll Register
Step 4: Then Salary Register
Select the employee and check the report as per your needs.

I am not able to find a particular voucher in BUSY. What should I do?

To search for voucher number you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction menu and select relevant voucher type.
Step 2: Then select modify option and mention the voucher number which you want to search.
Step 3: Open the list of voucher and press F3 to search the voucher number.

I need help accessing and printing my account ledger from September What are the steps?

To access and print the account ledger from september 2021 , follow these steps :
Step 1 : Click on display
Step 2 : Select account books
Step 3 : Then account ledger
Step 4 : Open account ledger from starting date september 2021
Step 5 : Click on print and print the ledger.

I need help understanding the charts and graphs in BUSY. What do they mean?

Go to Display, then select Sales Analysis, then select Item-wise, then select Standard-Monthly, then select all items and relevant information, and press OK and F2 to load the details. After loading the details, you will find the graphic details of the report for the sales analysis report to understand.

Where in BUSY can I update contact numbers so they show properly in reports

You can update the contact numbers of your customers or vendors in their master records. This will reflect in the reports that have an option to show contact numbers. If the report does not have this option, you can add a custom column for contact numbers in the report.

Why doesn't the warranty period field appear in sales reports in BUSY?

The warranty period field does not appear in sales reports directly. 
You need to add firstly Item name by custum column in Sale register. In Inventory voucher Body Category select.
Then add Warrenty because it is in Serial window thus needs to be added by custum column.

How do I select a specific party to analyze sales in BUSY

If you want to check Sales Analysis report of a specific party in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Sales Analysis.
Step 2: Select "Party-wiseand choose One Party.
Step 3: Select the party name and enter the date range and can analyz your data.
