How can I save customized reports for easy access later?

To save the customized reports for easy access later you can use the option add to favourite 
follow the steps to do it
1 select the particular report section and click on add to favourites
2 save a name for your easy access in future and save it

How to modify or edit a posted salespurchase voucher

To edit or modify the sale purchase voucher, follow these steps :
1. take backup of your company
2. Click on transaction
3. click on voucher type sale or purchase
4.click on modify
5. enter details of voucher
6. open the voucher in modify mode, do editing as needed
7. re check and save it

How do I select the sale register

We have 2 option to see the sales register
1.Account register
2.Inventory register
For Account register
Step:1 Go to display option.
Step:2 Select account Books
Step:3 Select account Register standard
Step:4 Select sale Register
Or
Inventory Register of sales
Step: 1 Go to display option
Step: 2 Select invetory Books

Why is the total amount shown in the Short Range reports different from my account register?

The total amount shown in the Short Range reports may be different from the account register due to discrepancies in the data entries or calculations. It is important to check the vouchers and entries made within the specified date range to identify the specific reason for the difference.

What should I do if I cannot see certain transactions in my reports in BUSY?

If you cannot see certain transactions in your reports in BUSY 
Step 1: Check entry date and report date range
Step 2: check in which voucher series voucher has been entered and open report accordingly
Step 3: check accounting effect of that voucher if possible

I customized the columns but the changes are not reflecting. What should I do?

If Custom columns Not reflecting in a report, follow these steps:
Step 1: In the data field option, check the category.
Step 2: Then check the column you added in the report.
Step 3: Save the field and format.
Step 4: Now reopen the report with the format name that you created.

What charts of accounts and templates does BUSY provide for different business types?

In BUSY, you can maintain multiple type of business like Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, Garments, Consignment, FMCG, Automobile and so on. You can check the Final results, stock status, accounts ledger, trail balance and many more accordingly to your business type. All the reports will be avilable from Display section.

I need reports with consolidated values but am seeing item-wise breakup. How do I change this?

If you want to check Total invoice value in sale or purchase register report instead of item - wise breakup you can follow some steps:
Step: 1 After open the report add custom column.
Step: 2 Add invoice value column and save format.
Step:3 Reload report with new created format.
