Step 1: Open BUSY software and go to company menu.
Step 2: Select create company then specify details such as the company name, financial year, company address, Gst details.
Step 3: Now select copy master and configuration then click on select company
Step 4: After that choose existing company name and provide company user name password if required

Step 4: Now specify the space and path of your data by specify the command PATH=

To set up BUSY to save data locally instead of in the cloud, you need to follow the steps below:
Step 1: Make sure you have installed BUSY in your system and a licence registered in BUSY.
Step 2: After confirming the above option, you have to set your data path in the local drive in the local folder by selecting the data folder under the BUSYwin folder, or you can create a new folder to set the data path in the local drive.
How do I edit stock values manually in BUSY if automatic calculations are incorrect?
to edit stock values manually in BUSY follow these steps
1. go to the configurations under administration menu
2. open features and options then click on accounts tab
3. select balance sheet stock updation as manually
4. save configurations
5 then open balance sheet in horizontal form
6. select date range and open it
7. there you can see closing stock value click on that
8. closing stock values screen appeared, there you can mantioned closing stock value manually month wise and then save it.
I have multiple GSTINs. How to manage filing for them in BUSY?
To Generate GST return with Multiple GSTIN then please follow the below steps :
Step 1: Open BUSY Software
Step 2: Go to Company Menu
Step 3: Click on Create Company Option
Step 4: Create Multilple Company with Multiple GSTINs
Step 5: Then open the Specific Company, Go to Display Menu
Step 6: Click on Gst Report option
Step 7: Click on Gst Returns
Step 8: Next, select the desired GST E-Return and generate it specifically.
What is the process for splitting a financial year into a separate company in BUSY
You can easly split your financial year data into a separate company in BUSY
Please folow the give steps
Step 1 Open BUSY software, do not open company
Step 2 Take back of data
Step 3 Click on split financial year and select the company you want to split
Step 4 Mention username and password and select financial year you want to spilt
Step 5 Do split and chek
Step 6 It will create separate company for that splited financial year

Step 2: Mention neccessary details required to create company
Step 3: Now select option of copy master and configuration
Step 4: Now click on select company and choose then company you want to copy master
